I see people talking positively about MOHABUB and i feel elated because he is everything they say he is,his strategy is absolutely the best and his trades brings in good profits within 7 working days, i recommend him to a friend who has skeptical and invested $1000 and last week he made his withdrawal (+1778 608 0467)

Serisouly dissapointing. We moved over to Zendesk, on the enterprise plan. (Over 6k a year! ),and because of a technical issue, they removed all our set up brands, and conditional logic for our views! How on earth is this possible for a software that is this expensive? We also literally signed up to other apps to use their integrations with Zendesk, but none of them work! Update: Unbelievable, an absolute scam!!! We have been waiting for over a week to hear back from this serious issue that is affecting support of the whole company. Zendesk did not reach out once, so after a week, we decided to reach and asked them to cancel the account and refund us. 3 days later, I receive an email saying that they would not be able to get refunded of the 6000€ / 7035USD because it would be considered as a mid term cancelation!!!!!????? What on earth is the issue with this company? They refuse to refund us the 7035USD that they charged us because of a "technical" issue that messes up our whole support division, when we ask them to cancel the account after over a week of not hearing from them???!! To wrap it down: Zendesk overall is a clunky, overly expensive software, but these type of operations are litteraly scam. They are charging you for serious amounts for a product that is not what was promised, then declare it as a technial issue and tell that it would get fixed soon, but are unable to get this resolved in over a week, then refuse to refund you???!!!

Review about how ZenDesk handles support tickets.

Look, When using there support ticket system, discord has been mostly unhelpful with their tickets(they actually answered me like once)Relating to a guild transfer, but that's pretty much it. Every other time they either had a bot answer or was unhelpful(the guild transfer worked the second time and not first, they told me to wait for my friend's account to be gone first). If ZenDesk wants a better review, they will try to handle situations rather than just punishing us cause they can to trying to handle stuff like Microsoft does with technology(yes microsoft has better support). However, zendesk when they do actually help they can do it pretty well, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of one.

I want to invest 5k on a exchange platform. But I'm waiting 13 days for a manual verification,after I already was autmatic verifcated. So I will choose for another exchange. They only have to check my photo (a selfie) but they are too slow.

THE Worst SaaS company you will ever deal with. Extremely poor support. I would avoid these guys at all costs.How do you sell support software and end up with the worst support ever? Oh right... you just sell software. I canceled all services from them after 3 years of billing. I hope to never do business with them again!

Great system but the WORST customer support ever. Tickets are not solved or answered despite constant chasing.The sales are beyond useless unless its to sign you up, after that if you need any changes or issues resolved, forget it. I was overcharged for several months, took them 6 months to refund me.
