Not very streamlined, customer service is a joke. They allow all these plug ins, but can not provide support on them,they also allow non working plug ins which is super frustrating. The links that they do recommend or "integrate" are a joke and are very cumbersome. This is my first website being built, I thought wordpress was great at first, but their support and helpfulness is terrible and in line with Wells Fargo.

In the past I received help but on this occasion I was v disappointed with the support from the happiness engineers which made me feel suicidal.Wordpress support management staff were rigid inflexible unable to support & unable to be kind. They could have sorted out my issues or at least put my site back as it was. Instead they left me with unrelated related products. A site that made no sense in worse state than when I approached them. If you have no tech no how get a freelancer. You find them on Google. Wordpress support may help u if u are tech savvy. For someone like me they honestly left me EXTREMELY unhappy. I felt cheated of the $49 as I felt it was wasted. I advice any noice - pay to get proper help. When I add up the $49 charges for no service u realise Ure throwing money away. If I were a Wordpress manager I would have arranged another 10 mins free just to say - you matter. People matter. Well I can keep my $49. I consider it stolen. I will live.

I thought WordPress was a good website builder, but after using them for a while I have found that they are scammers.You can't use javascript on you're website unless you get the Business plan (about $300 year). Almost every thing I try to do I have to have the Business plan for. The website builder is not intuitive and hard to use, it is always freezing up or crashing. If you want to use CSS you have to use the "Additional CSS" spot, you can't put it in with the html code. I would give them -5 stars if I could. DO NOT USE WORDPRESS!
