Unethical + Terrible Customer Support

This company is a scam. I signed up as a reseller affiliate and after bringing a client they never paid and stopped returning any calls or emails.They kept telling me they are looking into it but it's been months and the client paid and they still won't return a simple call or email.
Then I was forced to work with them and the customer support is BEYOND horrible. They refuse to answer even simple questions directly and have some weird superiority complex where they want to make you feel like an idiot.
I thought this was a legit company because of the price and the size but they operate like some fly by night basement run company.read more

There soft phones always have problems.You have to uninstall them probably once a month and thingslike updating you Mac OS to the latest version they will just tell you that a 5 billion dollar company doesn't support a planned OS release that happens every year. I do not see how this is something that happens for such a large company.read more
