Voluum or TrustPilot appears to be removing my comment! I can verify I was customer of Voluum if thatsthe reason you are removing my review.
I had prepaid for a year of membership at the end of 2019. I stopped using my account 3 months prior to the end of my billing cycle but they still charged me for renewal. When I contacted my account manager and support they simply told me that they had tried to reach me in December of 2020 to confirm the renewal and now they can not do anything about it. I informed them that a close family member had gotten infected by COVID-19 and I was preoccupied in December. They couldnt care less.
After a month of going back and forth with paypal, I was finally able to get my money back.
This is an absolutely genuine review and I can provide proof of my experience and I will be reposting this review until it stays on.read more

Stable and reliable tracker. I can't imagine how I worked without it before.
