Have ordered a shirt, hoodie, t-shirt and cap in total.
Have to give big cred for the quality and theenvironmental thought given to the process of making them.
The Over sized Hoodie is my absolute favorite.
It is expensive though and the shipping takes a very long time. Don't be surprised if you have to wait between 2-4 months. Not for the impatient or poor.
Customer service is OK. They send massages of when the product is being shipped and a tracking link. Have not had any problems with the shipping.

Pre-ordered and it was very delayed which is understandable during the pandemic, but I received no information during the delays,no tracking, no shipping confirmation, etc. and when I finally received it it was too small and very poor quality definitely not worth the 120 USD I payed.read more

Ya I'll have to give this a 1 star. The quality of the product was very poor (just terrible)and for the price I paid I can't help but feel disappointed and scammed. Products are gorgeous but made of very cheap material. I had a button fall of as soon as I took it out of the bag and I'm positive the color will fade a lot after the first wash. I love pewds but I won't be ordering from Tsuki market again :(read more

Great customer service. When I contacted them, that my order is taking way to long than expected,they quickly apologized and included an extra pair of socks :) don't know if it was just a mistake but I was still left happy with the experienceread more

A Torturous Rollercoaster Ride

(Though this occurred 2 years ago, I still think it's important to share publicly)
Back in 2018 when Tsuki announced their upcoming Tourist line,I excitingly preordered a short and long sleeve shirt through a friend. One month later and we both realised it never arrived. It would take me nearly a year and a half, 20 emails, three packages - two of which were lost in transit and a threat to involve the government after 4 months without reply when I initially emailed them, to get my shirts. This includes inexcusably long waiting times for a reply - up to 4 months as forementioned, and excuses - saying they're out of stock only to miraculously find the shirts in stock weeks later when they finally reply.
However when I eventually got my shirts, I was very pleased with them. The shirts looked beautiful and felt amazing; they're very high quality. Furthermore, as a sorry, they included goodies with my shirts - a hat, stickers and (I think) a planner. Though ultimately useless and does nothing to make the hell it took to get the shirts any better, it was still greatly appreciated. They additionally provided a full refund, albeit to a dead bank account, which though only added salt to my gaping head wound, was out of their control.
Ultimately, my experience with the Tsuki customer support can only be described as an absolutely torturous rollercoaster ride. Started off alright, thrown into a few hundred horrid and vomit inducing loops, ended smoothly - until a final rogue loop to throw everyone off-guard and ruin everyone's day. Whilst I do hold my friend accountable for some parts of the fiasco, it doesn't excuse Tsuki from their poor customer service provided during most of the ordeal.read more
