Amos with customer service is kind and helpful. She helped solve an issue with one of their vendors.Truebill is a great app to monitor your finances and help you pay down debt. They have a lot of premium features that I don't take advantage of but might in the future.

Taken credit for a negotiation they did not do

Reviewed on 2021-02-11T22:25:14

its been over 4 months and they haven't responded to my email. Why are you taking credit and my money for a negotiation that Truebill did not do? Be careful linking your account with them, bad idea, i called my internet provider and changed my services over the phone because my plan was changing and it was going to go up, i manage to switch my services and cop a lower price. Truebill came in charged me $120 and claimed they negotiated and saved me money.... Now they are telling my financial institution that I'm a liar. guess its time to call the CFPB. Thanks Truebill.

Truebilldoes not work as well as it could

Reviewed on 2021-02-08T05:46:13

Updated review: Truebilloblitherates overlooked yearly billed subscriptions. The good information is that you get to see exactly what you are spending. This is quite useful especially on annual charges. I got rid of 2 annual charges and discovered an annual charge that I never agreed to, called the company at the time and complained and was still charged. I tried the "reducing your bill service" on my Sprint account. They got a one time (non-repeating) credit of $20 and charged me $8. I did better than that and got a one time credit of $40. When notices come in the information is only available on the cell phone. For me that is a problem, Computer monitors have better pictures and include more information, Finally, what was a free service has started charging me $1/month which I did not agree to. Goes to prove that once they get your card they do what they want.

Truebill is a phenomenal tool that I now can’t live without. It’s intuitive and extremely easy to use,yet robust in functionality. The services aspect of their offerings is exceptional. The team makes it very easy to negotiate or cancel subscriptions. I’ve saved at least $1,000 and the Truebill team does all the work! I don’t know about you, but I have an alarming number of subscriptions that I use personally and professionally. Truebill gives me complete visibility and power over all of it. You need this app.

I am beyond pissed what Truebill is doing

Reviewed on 2021-02-02T04:47:59

I am beyond pissed what Truebill is trying to do. They messed up my AT&T service and I do not want to be charged the 40% fee your asking for.I did not know of any of this and did not know you could change my account without my authorization. I thought it was trying to find the best deal and then I could be able to authorize it to change if I wanted. Their help was too good to be true. I’m now in an even bigger hole than I already was and you have no customer support to resolve issues fast enough. I would like this resolved as soon as possible but I can not get in touch with anyone. I have emailed 3 times and nothing. I want to not be billed for your “invoice” since I am not allowing those changes to be made to my account. Now I have to contact AT&T to fix my account before it changes in a couple days and I had to cancel my debit card so you don’t charge it! Just issue after issue.
