WARNING: Your Album could be Removed from Spotify

I'm giving this 5 stars because sometimes people only look for the good news at the top. However,Do not use this service. The Tunes Club caused my ENTIRE ALBUM to be removed from Spotify due to "Artificial Streaming" of a single song promoted by The Tunes Club. The promoted song had almost exactly 11,000 plays in a month (Conveniently advertised on their "Spotify Marketing Pro Pack: "usually generates up to 11000+ listeners"), without being added to a single playlist, ever. This is considered streaming fraud under Spotify's TOS, and it will result in getting your entire album banned, and a Fraud flag placed on your account. After a lot of internet sleuthing and weeks of badgering The Tunes Club for evidence that their plays were legit, I finally discovered they simply weren't. They were lying about it, sending emails with just a few words promising "I will send you the playlists soon". Weeks later, they finally set me a list of playlists they claimed to use, but my song hadn't been added to a single one of them -- they seem to forget that Spotify for Artists keeps permanent records of which playlists our songs get added to. They had been lying the entire time. After repeatedly ignoring my emails pleading for help to get my music back on Spotify, and them giving the most unprofessional, unhelpful responses, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against Elphill Technologies. It was then that I received a refund within 24 hours after that, contingent on me removing the Better Business Bureau complaint. They were extremely concerned about their reputation being tarnished, which suggests they are likely hiding a lot more. It doesn't seem like I was the first person who had music removed because of their actions. As for the PR push they claim to do, they copy-paste a somewhat poorly written song review to websites such as "Oil and Gas Financial Journal", "Bio Optics World" and "Business Insurance". "Cablinginstall.com" was another one. So now when people good my name, they find all these hokey, ridiculous song reviews on these totally irrelevant pages that I'm sure no one looks at. Their website is run by a company called ELPHILL TECHNOLOGY based out of Wyoming and India. Do a Google search for them, and then for their physical address: "1603 Capitol Ave., Suite 310 A366, Cheyenne Wyoming 82001" You'll find dozen of website "companies" that share the same physical address. I'm pretty sure they have this large network of pages sending traffic to one another pretending that they're all legit, when none of them are. Whatever they're doing, it's a racket. Spotify is cracking down on "song promotion" services like these. I know there are other positive reviews on this site, and I don't know why they had a good experience and I didn't. Based on their business model, I suspect some of the positive reviews, like their streams, are fake. Beware.
