Awful service. They are brokers, not issuers. The certificate I got has no "Issuer" and "Issued to" attributes.While this is not a problem in most cases, it is not trusted by some strict services and in our case, we have to bin it. The issuer said we should contact the reseller and the reseller is not responding either to email, chat, and phones put you in queues or voicemail.

Samantha in customer support was outstanding on the phone and using chat for links and docs I needed.I purchased a certificate 3 days ago, but my site was still showing "not secure." First I spent a lot of time with my host provider support, but they couldn't see the problem. Samantha, however, found it right away (I hadn't uploaded the certificate) and guided me step-by-step to get it done. A few times I was on the edge of getting really frustrated, but her calmness and patience got me through it. She's super knowledgeable, professional, and extraordinarily patient. Plus, she's able to imagine exactly where the customer is at and what instructions are needed—empathy is her super-power. She should be training other customer service reps everywhere. Thank you Samantha! You saved my day.
