Bloody awful experience picking somebody up. No live updates to make me aware of an hour delay causing 50quid in parking fees!Absoulute extortion. Since complaining I get told its not their fault and no reimbursement will be made. Some advice of your picking someone up... Wait at the services 4 minutes away and drive to the pick up point when they are out the airport. That will cost you 7 quid for 15mins. So make sure they are there when you go.

Use this airport a lot unfortunately, as many people have to, extortionate car park charges, filthy,same goes for the toilets, no seating area, easily one of the worst airports l've been to by a mile, one is not a customer, but a unit to be fleeced out of money as soon as you arrive at this airport, should have a minus star system for this place.

Racisms on high rise against EU citizens

Ryanair's handling agent is employing people who are doing everything to humiliate and threaten passengers.I truly believe that due to Brexit there is a vendetta going on towards EU citizens and the agents are encourage to behave in a foul and racist way. Several complaints were raised against them for purposely causing emotional distress and deliberately taking money out customers.

Probably the worst Airport in the UK. This Airport outsources to a company called Swissport,who hire uneducated, rude bullies to deal with check in and luggage. I came across this when I took my niece to catch a flight out of Stansted. The person who checks in the bags found that she was 4 kilos over weight so she said fair enough how much do I pay and gave him cash. To that he shouted "no cash card or you don't get on the plane" and when I intervined he had the cheek to say that I can't tell him not to bully a teenaged girl because I wasn't traveling. Then the person from the airline stepped in and explained that he was not from the airline but from this thug company. The man couldn't speak English and acted as if he was a security officer in Soviet Russia. I have tried to contact Swissport but they never respond as for Stansted Airport, they never answer a phone. Avoid Stansted Airport at all costs. I have seen airports in the middle of deserts in third world countries that are more organised and have better staff. This Airport is an embarrassing first impression for international travellers.
