A nightmare to cancel! Terrible customer experience. Cancelling my plan was a horrible,first when you cancel in on the site, they positioned the clicking option in such a way that you have to find a little dot next to the button in order to click "yes I'm sure I want to cancel", once I've done that I have received no email to confirm the cancellation, refreshed the page and saw that my plan was still active but the cancellation button disappeared! The company does not reply on email, I called twice and got hung up and I've been on chat for hours in the same position. I'm still waiting for them to cancel it, I've never experienced such a bad cancellation process. Would never come back and would recommend staying away.

The are more oriented on sale than help. Th worst question a rep can ask me is .. How mutch do you wanna paid !?Or worst than that they tell me how to do my job and said .. You just have to charge the client Technological feed.

I hired sprout platform for a very specific need. Their sales team promised it would work out fine for me and said many features the platform had.But in fact it didn't allow me to do many things. After a month trying to make it work, I asked to cancel it but they costumer success team asked me to try to make it work, one more moth of no results, they offered me extra services to make it work for no cost and a free month. But even offering me a free month, they charged me for this third month. So I asked to cancel the payment, cancel the contratc and refund me for at least one (of the two) month that I paid, since they asked to try and it didn't work out. But then their speech changed, they avoid me and didn't refund.

Beware: in order to downgrade or cancel, you're forced to chat with a customer service rep.That rep then won't be able to downgrade you and will "put you in touch with the customer success team." Just seems like a poor user experience in an effort to prevent revenue loss.

I had my contract for services voided before it began because my sales representative/point of contact had provided poor customer service about a hospital stay for myself snd my elderly father,for whom I am responsible as well. I came back from the hospital to a list of snide emails from this condescending little person. I decided this was not the type of person I wanted to work with even though I really enjoyed/

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - AVOID

We're a multibrand agency and changed our scheduling platform to social, to take advantage of the reports and chatbots. However,the posting capabilities are not fit for purpose and there are four astronomically poor areas that Sprout fails to perform: Firstly, we have 10 social accounts which frequently disconnect and we have to reconnect them to make sure things get posted. If this happens of an evening or weekend, the posts don't go ahead - Not fit for purpose. Secondly, we were told that the scheduling of stories has to be finalised on an app. This is a misrepresentation. By finalised, Sprout Social means there is no scheduling capabilities whatsoever. We need to press send on stories at the time they need to go live. As a 9-5 business, this means we can only publish during office hours - Not fit for purpose. Next issue is that you cannot link any products to the pages. This isn't highlighted and they say API is the reason for this. We had no issue with our previous scheduling platform on this and their API. We now have to manually use Facebook to connect products - Not fit for purpose. Additionally, despite having a rigorous multi-layered sign off process, meaning every schedule post is checked, we have posts being published to different accounts. This causes us significant contractual issues and again is not fit for purpose. In light of the significant failures above, the follow up with Sprout Social has been poor. They are unwilling to do anything and say that this is an API issue, which only applies to Sprout Social and not to other scheduling platforms. We have reported this to Trading Standards and Ofcom, and have had to trigger a legal complaint to get out of a contract which fails at every corner. We haven't even used the chatbot capabilities as yet, because we are too busy trying to firefight our way through the multitude of problems Sprout Social is causing our business.
