Horrible experience stay away!!!!! I ordered a dress on April 30th, I used a discount code to get the dress down from $74.99 to $67.95.I received my dress on May 7th. I immediately tried it on and it was a little more snug than I liked. I had to request an exchange for a different size. It took them 4 days to approve my exchange request. I received the email for the return shipping label on May 10th and they received it on May13th at noon. I hadn't heard anything about them receiving my exchange or the new dress being sent out as of today May 18th. I called, emailed, and sent a chat. I finally got an answer that it could take up to 2 weeks to process returns. So based off of this I wouldn't have my dress for the wedding I ordered it for. They have a NO refund policy, only store credit.....how many returns did it take for that policy to be instilled???? I then, after complaining, received an email that I owe them $5.95 for the dress and another $7.95 for shipping. I will give you shipping but seriously I have now paid almost $15 OVER original dress price!!!!!! I will never purchase from them again. I understand they are a "boutique" but that is just BAD business practice. I will probably just sell my dress to get my money back.......or at least some of it!!

The worst company i ever ordered from I never received my order back in November that i placed ,they won't give me a refund and are now ignoring my emails this company is garbage! Why? Because they just completely ignore you when u ask were your order is, or that you want a refund i wish i had read all the reviews on them there all the same people did not get there items took 2 or more months to recive if they did and they dont do refunds! They should be closed for steeling peoples hard eraned money Absolutely Garbage!

This was my daughter’s birthday present which was December 2nd and now it doesn’t even look as though this order will be here in time for Christmas.Very very disappointed !! Please please get my order to me ASAP!!!! Don’t order from this company. I spent almost $300 with nothing to show for it!!
