I thought I had bought a good watch until the clasp holding my watch strap on went missing.It should be a simple thing to replace, but it was too small an item for them to be bothered about. Without it my watch is a write off. I have since been asked twice to give feedback, but no effort has been made by the company to apologise or put it right. Here is my heartfelt feedback. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS.

What a scam! If you buy a Skagen watch be very very wary. I bought one as a gift for my wife and within the first year the crystal was cracked.I sent it back to Skagen‘s authorized repair depot to have a new crystal installed and after almost 2 months they told me they did not have a crystal available for the watch but offered to sell me a new watch at a discounted price!! I then took the watch to a local watchmaker who replaced the crystal for $20!

These people are quick to take money but absolutely nocommitment to customer service.

Out and out lies told
Please don't make my mistake and order from these people.
You will be sorry. Product was not fit for purpose still awaiting refund for products returned in April.
One product was returned twice takes 6 weeks to get back and both times nothing had been done

Initially loved this watch. Looks pretty, did all the things I wanted but I’d had it less than a year when it broke.Sent it back, took a few months to return to me (packaged terribly, wrapped in a bin bag). Put it on this morning and it’s broke within an hour. Exactly the same issue. Prior to it breaking I noticed that the BPM was incredibly inaccurate (by 100BPM) which defeats one of its main benefits for me.
I read a review from someone saying that all the negatives are just people who expect ‘Rolex’ quality. That’s rubbish, we want a watch that works for a bit longer than an hour. Not much to ask for a watch that cost me just shy of £200. My daughter got a novelty watch from smiggle which lasted longer.
Requested a refund or replacement but not expecting one of there past customer service is anything to go by.

Good watches, well made. Unfortunately most of the reviews are from people who pay £100 for a watch and expect Blancpain/Rolex/Omega level quality.Pretty silly isn't it? Well I can tell you its a GOOD watch for what you are paying.

I honestly can't believe that I am not getting support on this watch.
I have been writing to support for ages,and I only get dimwitted responses in German about sending them the watch, but then they only ship to Germany. I am not in Germany, and I want a full refund on the watch. You are welcome to have your trash product back in the post once you send me a postage label. To make things worse, my band fell off in the middle of the street, and now I can't even wear it as a purely ornamental time-telling device. Pls kindly send a full refund, this is getting ridiculous. I bought the watch in August and has been begging for support since December. Never has a product caused so much frustration. It is slow, it never does what I want it to do, and I can't even freaking wear it now. I once spent 15 mins trying to start exercise tracking and completely missed the first part of my class bc of tapping on the idiotic watch.
Kindly send a refund, because this watch from the bowels of hell is not worth it.

SKA(M)GEN - Broke after 4 days, returned 92 days ago, still waiting for refund!

I purchased the watch on their website in November, it was delivered on 23/11/20. It stopped working on 27/11/20 a mere 4 days later.I returned it and it was signed for by Skagen on 01/12/20. Despite dozens of emails, and countless excuses from Skagen - I have not received my refund of £167.40.
I am completely shocked and appauled at the despicable lack of service received to date from such a company. I will never, EVER purchase another product from them, or their parent company, Fossil. I have advised all friends and family to follow suit.
For anyone reading this, please safe yourself a world of pain, look elsewhere - unless you want to be scammed by Ska(m)gen.

Terrible warranty repair service - didn't fix.

Bought a Falster 3 from a reseller - had stuck pixel. Sent for warranty repair. Took over a month to be repaired and returned.Didn't fix the pixel - said 'Watch OK' - that is all. No communication or question when they couldn't find the stuck pixel. Terrible company.
