I've worked with 3 managers at Santander over the years and they all have one thing in common. Excellence.As a small business owner, I need someone that knows me and appreciates that my time is precious. Whenever I call or go into my Branch @ 495 Paradise Road -Swampscott MA 01907 I am taken care of like family. I can honestly say that Benn Johnson-Tatelbaum goes above and beyond to help me every single time. I couldn't be happier with my bank or the management that helps when I need them.

If I could give zero I would, literal thieves changed my current account out of the blue and now I'm 600 pounds out of pocket,when trying to get it changed they offer almost zero help, despite my account being eligible to stay on 123 has more 500pounds going in each and has more then 2 direct debits. Not to mention while at university money would routinely disappear from my account. Terrible "bank", useless staff, awful customer service, 0/10 wouldn't recommend and we went into austerity to save these "services"

This European Bank can not be trusted. I applied for a credit card and it was refused, they blamed Experian,yet my credit score with this company is Excellent 999 out of 999 it is impossible to get any better score. I telephoned Santander only to be told a letter would be sent explaining the reason. When no letter arrived I phoned again and they said the reason would not be explained. On the refusal they told me to get in touch with Experian, but when I phoned them the message was to get in touch with Santander. I would not trust this foreign bank with anything, including investments, they obviously do not know what they are doing. Next to useless they are a very poor second.

I dont even want to give them a 1 star. We have our mortgage thur Santander and Santander pays our insurance out of our escrow.So we receive a letter from our insurance company that our insurance has not been paid. Here is the kicker, we then received a letter from Santander that they where notified that our insurance is cancelled and that Santander will now get insurance for us and we would be responsible. ARE THEY KIDDING. DO NOT GO TO THEM, they are the worst!!!

Dont waste your time with this bank. The stuff and managers are absolutely useless and have no mannerstowards the customers it is always so easy when you want to put money in but never easy when you want access your own money. The manager i had i will say he didn’t not qualify to be a manager i went there to get help but instead i got insulted and he treated me like nothing and started rising his voice at me and my mom just because 2 of us were in a same room with the colleague bear in mind a stuff member took us in the room they had no issue when the two of us were in a room because we were putting money into the account but as soon as that money went in we got kicked out of the room like we were nothing and the reason was due to “COVID RULES” why did not anyone mention it before??? And after we deposited the money they didn’t help us with another query that we had. Better find another bank dont waste your time with this bank they are absolutely zero help.

This bank offers ZERO service. Make virtually any kind of deposit and the bank shuts you down from using their mobile features for a MONTH!Can you believe that? If you want to bank remotely in the 21st century, you will need to wait another decade or two for this crummy "bank" to enter it also with their technology. Look for a real bank!

Awful services. hard work to change a simple phone number for my OTP. My security numbers were not enough for them so they told me to go to a branch to change it.So much hard work to access my own money. Doesn't help that every time i ring them I get people with strong accents who i can hardly understand.

Disgusting customer service they told me I was entitled to a refund and compensation due to an erroron Santander behalf but Santander took it upon themselves to use my refund and compensation from them to pay off the debt they admitted was their fault they did NOT ask for my consent to do so. Santander claimed to have sent me a letter to inform but I did not receive one I just received the second which asked me to contact them to instruct them on what to do with my refund funny how I got one letter the follow up but did not get the first which was to inform
