If I could give a zero I would. Typical online only company that will not follow-up on any actions.The shippers show an item as shipped when it hasn't even been picked up by USPS, FedEx or whoever. You think you will get your part around the estimated date and when you don't too bad for you. Follow the other reviews advice, use this theft site to get your part number then goto another site to order it. I will pay more to not have to deal with this bucket of smashed buttholes of a "company"

Good product selection, good website for finding what you need. Customer service is worthless.If you value customer service take your money elsewhere. Use their website to find the part number and put it into eBay or Amazon lol. I ordered some parts next business day, they/FedEx did not deliver on time they said "tough luck" no refund on shipping or credit.

Horrible company no customer service send the wrong parts several times. I have been waiting for arear differential for 2 weeks now they say they can refund the money cause they have no more and you can't get help on the phone worst parts place ever and they are no cheaper then any where else this is the corporate number ext 3 to get to secretary they dont want you to know that since they have no customers service

If you live in Canada and own a unique old car, DO NOT order anything from RockAuto. I ordered a break booster,photo online looked like it should fit, 4 correct bolts on back with optional bracket, charged $156.87 on my card. It arrived and the bracket was riveted on. Explained on the return form that the part did not look as pictured online and that's why it did not fit, sent it back and they only refunded $97.35! Ordered another one, charged $133.60, their confirming e-mail said something I did not expect, canceled order immediately and they only refunded $127.10 (Told me to take this difference up with my bank) . There's no number you can contact them at, I disputed amount being refunded via email, asked to speak to someone to explain, no one called.

Was browsing parts prices for the family van on our three local town auto parts stores websites - Auto Zone,O'Reilly and Advance. Pretty much everything was about the same price with the difference being who had something in-stock or brand of part. Even though I'd rather not give them the business I went over to Amazon just to see what they had. While adding stuff to my cart I remembered Rock Auto so I whipped over to their site and made an account. Everything was in-stock and seemed to be just a bit cheaper. BUT by the time I got to check out and the high shipping charges were added it was WAY more expensive than all three of my local auto parts stores. I even searched for online discount codes for Rock and there were none. While I had no real preference for the any of my three local stores I went with Advance Auto parts in the end because they offer a 20% discount online when you sign up plus I regularly get that discount via email offers. Rock auto has a lot to learn about claiming to be "cheaper than the stores" and by reading reviews of people who have actualy done business with them I'm glad I shopped local. I just don't see any advantage choosing them for anything nor see myself buying from Rock ever. Zero incentive for a first-time buyer to even try. To Rock auto: check your competitors, fix your high shipping charges & have some deals! Even Amazon was cheaper. Anyone else scratching your head wondering how some of these places even do any business today?

Part was to be delivered 5/12...this is now 5/17. I have contacted customer service of DHL Express concerning delivery and was told my address was incomplete,and I needed to go online to the DHL Express website to clarify delivery address.....at their website my address was complete and correct. This was on friday, customer service assured delivery by monday...on monday nothing had changed, still no package and customer service again says address incomplete. Went thru the process once again. To confirm address was correct and delivery promised for Tuesday. We will wait and see what tomorrow will bring. Not satisfied with Rock Auto's choice of delivery company at this point.

If I could give negative stars I would. Website would only let me choose certain shipping.It also said guaranteed delivery which was very expensive. Now 4 days later, still don't have my parts. Tried to find a way to contact them directly there is no way to do so and when I finally found an email they would not do anything. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. THEY SUCK AND SHOULD NOT BE ADVERTISING ON MOTOR TREND TV AT ALL.
