Been reading on some of the reviews here, majority of them are either shipping issues or poor installation attempts.I ordered the NX bumper case for my iPhone 12 Pro, the case is amazing, ordered a few customisable bits for when I get bored but can feel and see the look of the phone with running protection. The screen protectors are great and the case comes with a back scratch shield protector free. Now I had an issue with free back protector as it was leaving a kind of foggy effect. The issue is that the iPhone 12 Pro has a Matt finish, meaning an un even surface. So I contacted customer support directly and even though the free protector does not come under warranty, they still sent me one free of charge.
End of the day, if you’re unsure how to install, watch the many YouTube videos available and if you have an issue contact the support team and have it dealt with instead of heading straight to trust pilot and log the whole of the process after.
Given 5 stars for quality of product and service provided (just need to look into perfecting the free back protector)read more

I had been looking forward to receiving my Mod NX case a backplate for a long time.When it arrived I had issues with the backplate and the customer service was incredibly helpful and fast. The case itself is very high quality and has exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing more from RhinoShield in the future.read more

Bought a phone and AirPods case they took over a week to come but this means little when I’m practically having to break my AirPods in order to get them out the case,it is infuriating. The phone case for the iPhone 12 feels like its going to break my phone in half before it is able to snap in or out of the case. I have been using RhinoShield Crashguard NX on my Apple watch for about 2 years. It's great.The coloured insert is looking decidedly battered but this is a double edged sword. It looks battered because it's protected my watch. I would much rather have that, than a battered watch. My two sons also use RhinoShield as well. We are all very happy with it.read more
