reverb really worst of time this is my first month on this site and
and I can't imagine how they work specifically for sellers,when you try to sell the first time they put your account under review for an unknown time, your account will remain under review and they won't answer your questions Even if you contact them, and the worst thing is that the chat will not help you at all, I don’t know what their role is, if they don’t help users the conclusion is this site Didn't worthread more

There are valid reasons why the Better Business Bureau uses a much more rigorous process for the reviews they permit.Reverb’s customer service record there is currently 1.05/5 Stars. Very similar to Etsy (1.04/5 stars).
While I’ve been an occasional buyer on Reverb since 2017, my experience had been mostly positive. That all changed once all the Chicago Music Exchange customer service personnel and leadership had been escorted out of the building after Etsy bought Reverb in 2019. Now, being replaced with Etsy drones whose only concern is protecting their investment and their jobs - at all costs - and at a time during a global shutdown due to a world-wide pandemic, we are building out our studio with gear we had planned on purchasing through Reverb.com when most advantageous. After running afoul of their policy on accepting purchase offers a couple times, our account was suspended. Lesson learned about their draconian policy, in which there is no ability to adjust the purchasing timeframe. Even the Seller has no control. When attempting to communicate with the same Reverb customer service personnel, we have been met with open contempt and insult. To the point that they have even locked the chat feature away from our account and avoid a conversation at all costs. This came about after repeatedly asking for this matter to be escalated beyond the Customer Engagement Manager level (Nicole M) who had shown us the very same indifferent contempt as those supposed to be beneath her. Infantile would be a step up from this.
Add to this that after the suspension was ultimately lifted, I was told via email precisely to the minute when an item in our Cart would have to be paid for or risk having the account suspended again. While we were in the process of piecing together what turned out to be a purchase order for nearly $72k, and about a half hour before the cutoff time for that old item still in the cart, the account was suspended yet again, without explanation. We were deep in the middle of putting the order together at the moment this happened. In fact, an email was sent to Reverb’s customer service within minutes of the suspension, figuring that someone made a bad mistake on their end. Radio silence. Subsequent emails have been sent. More radio silence. Our order was placed with Sweetwater instead.
What happens when the worst, most trolling internet forum moderators of the 2000s take over customer service for a music supply “platform”? Reverb.com. That’s what.
Observers of these reviews need to be keenly aware that there is a world of difference between good service as a result of buyer’s/seller’s actions on the Reverb platform, and Reverb’s own customer service actions. Observers should also consider whether a sudden rush of patently positive platitudes being posted near this time are authentic - or not. The Reverb of only a few years ago had more dignity and integrity than to stoop to such a low-brow tactic.
If this public company’s 2020-appointed CEO David Mandelbrot and his Operations Leadership are aware of how these people operate - and they are, they deserve to be escorted from the building.read more

Reverb is fantastic! I've purchased a few items, including; guitars, amps, a drum machine, etc.,and every transaction has been smooth.., I purchased a mandolin, which I quickly realized wasn't to my liking, and the seller promptly refunded my money and took the mandolin back without question. From what I've experienced, Reverb has created a network of buyers and sellers who share a love for music gear and buy/trade in a fair and straightforward manner.., Go Reverb!read more
