yup, they pretty much sell junk and don't back it up at all.
purchased fuel door from them,internal latch rusted, broken and chrome finish peeled off around fake hex screws less than 1 year on my vehicle despite washing and waxing truck regularly. They just pass the buck and say take it up with the mfg. yourself.
wish there was a place here to upload picks of there junk. Will not do business with them again ever!!

I will never buy from here again. Quality control is lacking, service is slow and custom service is lacking.I spent $300 for seat covers. I ordered the cotton duck. Material is nice, that is about it. The covers are missing, velcro holders, buckles, straps and straps were left undone. I had to take it to a shop to have them repaired so I could even use them. I tried to work with customer service but they wouldn't acknowledge my pictures nor my concerns. All they would do was send me buckles.

No knowledge of what there selling and BEWARE RIP OFF
Back in early January i purchased a tool box for the bed of my 2002 Toyota Tacoma pick up truck.I wanted something real nice as I have completely restored and maintained this vehicle. I did not want junk or something that didn't not fit my truck. I ordered a tool box from Real Truck. I had to cal a few times to see why it was taking so long to receive my box so I called to follow up. I explained to the sales person that I originally liked the two wheel well tool box but it didn't fit my year truck so I had to stick with the box I ordered. The salesman reassured me 100% that the wheel well tool box did fit my truck after researching for a while. I was also told that it would not interfere with my tunnel cover.
With that said I asked to not ship the other tool box and ordered two wheel well swing tool boxes.
I was happy to know that I could get what I wanted from the beginning.
Once the tool boxes arrived a few weeks later I began to install per instructions drilling holes through my bed liner and body of my truck. I then had to install the latch to each side but couldn't figure why it would not fit.
Nevertheless the two tool boxes did not fit my year truck. I was upset that this didn't work out and now lady with holes on my bed liner and holes in my body of the truck.
I immediately called customer service who wanted me to rig the tool boxes to fit. I advised the person I was talking to that the tunnel cover did not shut due to the fact that the tool boxes were in the way.
I decided to ask foe a refund and return the tool boxes. Real Truck ultimately told me to keep the tool boxes and refunded my money but the main important thing is the damage that was left behind. Real Truck told me that they would not be able to do anything with the damage knowing they told me it was the right part.
I would never buy from them again. Customer Service was the worst ever and the salesman do not know what there doing. It's all about commission.
BEWARE AS YOU BEEN WARNED. Blame yourself for all the aggravation you go through if you decide to purchase anything from them. I give them one star but would rather give them none.

Slow communication. Slow to cancel. Slow to refund. Oh but quick to charge your card and take money.Canceled order within 24hrs still no refund was told it would take 7 to 10 days to proccess refund. Order is now pending cancelation while someone finally called me and said it is canceled. Still pending on line. Now say 3 days to receive refund. Well we will see. Wished I had read reveiws before I ordered. Sounds like I will be in for a long wait if they refund.

I gave them a second chance after a bad experience. The 1st time I waited weeks with no tracking info and when I inquired,they said "ticket closed, we consider the matter resolved". Eventually the order showed up although I never had tracking info. The 2nd time I ordered and immediately found the same item for significantly less on another site. After multiple attempts to cancel the order (before it shipped), they ignored me and shipped it anyway. Now I've put in a request to return but no response. I did however get a response about canceling my order which is actually now at my house. This is by far the most inept and uncaring online business I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and run from these guys.

Horrible company!!! I had purchased a ranch hand grill guard from this company but immediately changed my mind due to the fact that it was going to ship on May 5th.Three days after canceling my order, it magically shipped via freight (which they don’t allow any returns). It gets better! The freight company dropped the package off without a scheduled delivery and without a signature while I was at work. And you can clearly see the product is damaged through the packaging! I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to return this item and all they offer me is $100 off my purchase? No thank you. I am beyond frustrated. Please do yourself a favor and never shop here!

I recently purchased a Meyer snow plow from Real Truck. I have to admit it was scary buying something that expensive online.They had the best price I could find for that particular snow plow. Real Truck exceeded my expectations. They informed me when my order shipped. I was able to track my order. My new plow came in 5 business days. Exactly as they said it would. The plow came in a wooden crate. It was in perfect condition. I’m so pleased. I installed it on my truck. And it works perfectly. I would recommend real truck to anyone needing truck accessories.
