"Order for purchase of a printer was placed based on an adv on FB page. After ascertaing the deliveryaddress etc I was diverted for payment through razopay and accordingly I made the payment on 26 Mar 2021. It was mentioned in the acknowledgement that I will recieve the confirmation text with order number shortly. It is very sad state that so far I haven't received any order confirmation or any other intimation from the dealer. Since there is no confirmation of order, it would be appropriate that you refund my money. It is also brought out that since such irresponsible/fraud dealers definitely harms your reputation also, therefore, you should be more cautious for collecting bill amount for such firms.
Your confirmation page is attached for your reference.
Now you arrange to refund my payment at the earliest.

The above are the contents of mail sent and delivered to razopay support on 30 Mar 2021 at 15.22 hrs. So far I haven't got even the confirmation for this mail. This Razopay is working in full convience with fraud companies and collecting money on their behalf. Govt and other law enforcing agencies should take action against such fraud firms who are cheating the innocent population.

Horrible support and customer care. It takes on an average days to reply and the reply would usually be a stupid question.This cycle continues for days and weeks to finally sort out your doubts/problems. Even after that, you may not receive a satisfactory response.
The account activation process is very slow and tiresome. I wasted my weeks to get the account activated.

really horrible support and customer service from razor pay. They bring the best face at the time of onboarding and disappear once you start using their services.I use at least 4-5 razor pay services unfortunately moved business in their eco-system with horrendous support system. its been weeks trying to chase their support team and escalations with no support, Really horrendous experience. I am moving my business away.

Hey Razorpay,
Stop replying fake promises/solutions on my reviews,you have not solved my issue andit's been a more than a month,whenever I raise a ticket you just reply with the same email template which is irrelevant to the problem which I face!
Let me explain my issue for one more time here for sake of the innocent small business owners who are signing up - You guys(Razorpay) just took my money which I processed through your payment gateway and you're not willing to settle it to my account,and also you won't even reply to any of my emails and disable the chat support on your website.
Let me share the last email which I received from you guys,

We regret to inform you that, unfortunately we would not be able to support your business as the bank has not approved your activation form.
Each application is forwarded to our banking partners. They have their own criteria and methods depending on which they approve an application. They do not provide detailed information and in such cases, the decisions of our partner banks is final and binding.
Kindly note that any funds associated with your account will be refunded back to your bank account after a period of 120 days .
We request you to kindly look for any other alternative and wish you all the best.

I'm not asking you to support my business,I never will. I just want my money back,and why should I even wait for 120 days,why?? is it because you want a earn a interest from my money? That is some kinda shady business for a very big internet company like you.

This company D not have any customer support number. Its been few days my KYC is stuck and now they rejected.But they did not get refund for my payments which is done by my client on Razorpay

This is with regards to Ticket # 4680531, 5164207, 5164217
I had conducted training classes last August.However my billing crossed Rs 45000 and then since it was an unregistered entity,Razorpay blocked the payout above Rs 10,000. Subsequently Sanjana from the customer support suggested via email for me to open another account and that the amount will be transferred after 120 days of the first account being suspended. From then onwards it's been a nightmare as there is no way I can reach them over phone. Again in December one Zeid suggested that it will be credited since the 120 days period is over, However I am still waiting and now exploring legal options.

Waited for KYC completion from 40-50 days and end up stating Account suspended,
Is this really a way to treat a new customer to get onboard,Worst customer service, worst chat support they have, when asked can we have call support, they don't have this.
We are Stock listed B2B company with turnover around 250cr plus, it was new venture and we thought and trusted,
Ccavenue and other Payment gateway is way better than Razorpay,
Surely will not recommend to anyone
