I placed my order 8th of May.. Today is 23rd of may and still waiting for my My Theresa order.Hopefully tomorrow is the day when finally can see my order. I wont order again , too much stress and time. I can find better companies with quicker and more accured delivery also customer service which is poor.

my husband had ordered shoes for me was a gift well we received shoes size was not good I packed veryneatly and informed in advance that we wanted a different size and returned via ups we received an email that they had received and that they would let us know about 2 days after 5 days we received an email yes we did not receive any shoes box was empty ????? pardon box was empty I know that I have sent them for sure I have all those proofs I want a solution as soon as possible and that you yourself are well in your warehouse we have never experienced anything like this

Amazing Experience !!! I ordered a pair of Christian Louboutin Iriza pumps in black patent leather.I placed my order on Wednesday night, and they arrived today, Only 2 days later !!! The mytheresa gift box it came in is lovely. This pair of Louboutin pumps are BEAUTIFUL? They came with the dust bag, and heel caps. This was my first time ordering from Mytheresa, and I did read reviews first. I will be doing a lot of shopping here from now on. I’m Very happy with my purchase.

The worst customer service I could ever imagine. My package has been lost worth $500.Mytheresa refusing to refund my money back until they recieve a confirmation from the carrier. Okay, but it's been 3 week since they are waiting for a respose and 1.5 month since I placed my order overall. Called carrier myself and they confirmed my package has been lost, case is closed. Took me 2 minutes. I just don't understand what else is here to do?! I just assume this company is complete scam and thieves. DO NOT ORDER from this company if you don't want to lose your money!!!

I was too worried to order from this website, my occasion was within week but order from it anyway ..they’re fast enough to prepare my order even though it takes 1 day delay i contacted them and they dispatch it the next day which I appreciate it .. DHL was an excellent choice for delivery they deliver it too fast i was so satisfied about them specifically .. definitely will order again

I am very dissapointed with the slow service. My first order placed on Saturday and paid for DHL Expresss is still on the way and today is Wednesday,so I should receive it on Thursday, 5th day after placing the order. This was my first and very likely the last oder from this shop because other online luxury shops are much faster and better shipping costs.....
