Fresh & Packed With Flavor!

I don't typically leave reviews, but I'm highly impressed with the timely delivery, quality packaging,and freshness of the tea. The aroma hit me as soon as I opened up the tin containers of Turmeric Chai and Mint Chocolate Mate. The blends were the perfect balance; and the flavors so fresh, it's like the herbs were just picked. I'm more than happy with my order!

I am so very disappointed in my latest experience. I have been a customer for some time,and was always satisfied. Recently, I placed an order. I got a call the same day informing me that they had internally linked my account to one that they suspected of fraud, (with a very similar name to mine) and were cancelling my order and deleting my account. Permanently. I explained to them that I was in no way linked to this other person, never had been, either in shipping or payment or ordering. There is nothing whatsoever to substantiate their suspicions. The order taker understood me perfectly, and she said she spoke to her director, who refused to reverse the decision. Not only is this wrong and insulting, but if a company is so unable to distinguish something like that, and be so arbitrary in their application of credit rules, they can damage your credit rating easily. I am beyond disappointed, but also would be very leery of any company who can't manage their data better, and is unwilling to listen and repair their mistake. Buyer Beware here. You replied saying your decision was to do with a previous issue. You NEVER had an issue with me. EVER. You made an internal error and are trying to defend a poor decision.

I've been a returning customer of MRH for about 10 years. I have never received anything I was disappointed with,and everyone I come across I refer them here because their quality is unmatched! It can take some time to get your order, especially due to the pandemic, but I can tell you that any delay is totally worth the products you will receive. I recently put in a large order of over $500, my largest ever with MRH, and I don't regret a penny of it. I am in love with my little apothecary filled mainly with products from them! I love MRH!

I'm pretty disappointed. All of the herbs I received had a strong 'stale spice' taste/smell,as if they had been sitting in a room with Mediterranean spices for a year before I received them. I reached out to customer service and haven't heard back yet, but I am hoping it's a fluke. I love the philosophy behind the shop, I was really hoping the product would live up to the same standard.

I am so happy with everything I have bought. I started with just a few spices. They were so potent andpure that I ended up throwing out all of my spices I currently had and bought all new ones from Mountain Rose Herbs. I also use the Rose face soap. Shampoo bar, and lip balm. I am serious about organics and these products are the most organic I know of. I have 21 different products from this company. I have never returned anything. Below is a copy and paste of my account.
