Switched from Front to Missive, and are very happy with the results. Simple pricing tiers with goodfunctionality and no constant buffing up against blocked features that require an expensive upgrade.
If you're looking for a great solution to manage team inboxes, with great functionality I would strongly recommend Missive.

Better than Front -- and also better value.
I switched my team from Front. Front is flashier but Missive is just..better. Better features, better value overall.
This obviates the need for Slack and helps my team keep internal and external communications in order and in motion.
Highly recommend.

After having tried Mac Mail, Outlook, Spark and Airmail, we finally found a mail app that supports working in team,and managing over 20 private and shared mailboxes, over different companies. Easy rule setting, handy chat function, integration of Todoist, Calendar and Drive. Exactly what we need!
And on top of that, the CEO himself replied me within 2 minutes on a technical question I had. TWICE! ?

A Fantastic mail/helpdesk app that our company couldn't do without. We use Missive across our multi-venue company to handle internal support,HR, IT as well as customer support. A very flexible and powerful platform that allows us to integrate into other apps (eg Asana). Nothing handles shared mailboxes like missive. The team at missive has been very responsive over the years and are constantly offering new and powerful features. Also very competitively priced.

Missive is a powerful, flexible and easy-to-use email client that can accommodate any workflow.Even without the collaborative features it's the best email client I've ever used. The developers are responsive and thoughtful with a fantastic vision of what email should be and how it should work.
I could call out so many different features, but here's 3:
1) Links can be copied to any email thread or any email in a thread, which is incredibly useful when you want to find an email later
2) Email threads can be re-titled
3) Email threads can be merged into one thread
Once you have these three features, it's impossible to imagine using another email client without them.
The app works great and consistently on all platforms, so whatever device you're working on you can get your work done.

I have been using Missive for our design studio for around 4 years.
Our team has grown from 3 initially,to a team of 10 and the one piece of software we could not live without is Missive. The team onboarded with it extremely well and new team members pick it up very quickly. They love how easy it makes us work together.
It helps our team all stay in sync. We’re on the same page, able to process far many more emails than if we used a standard email client.
We managed to ride through the working from home movement during the COVID pandemic extremely well thanks to Missive. Our team were flawlessly on the same page and we worked just like we were in the office.
We love how tagging a team member onto an email gives full visibility of the history of the thread and removes the need to forward and BCC emails anymore to team mates.
Rules give such a granular level of control and automation to help speed up processes such as labelling certain types of emails or routing through to the right team member.
The pace at which the guys at Missive roll out new features is astonishing for such a small team, and their customer support is exceptionally good! Probably because they’re using such a good tool to run their emails ;)
Overall my team would really struggle to work now if we didn’t have Missive, thank you for such a great product.
