Horrible! Just Horrible! Disappointing! Worst Experience in my life! My mum who is 58 went into the Rovigo MediaWorld branch while with me on the phone to the branch to buy iPhone 11,on the website it says the black one 129gb is for 699 Euros but in the shop they said it is 729 Euros and they dont give a **** what is written on their website.
Then when she decided to go ahead and purchase it, they said that she has to pay additional 29Euros for the protection glass that they will put because all the new phones are sold in pair with the protection glass. My mum gave me the phone to speak to the woman and I told the woman I do not need her 29Euro protection glass because I can but it separately from a local shop for 5Euros and apply it to the screen myself. SHe started arguing with me.
Then they were again forcing me and my mum to buy their charger, antivirus protection and iPhone case.
They Kept horribly pressing on me.
Seriously forcing!!!
This is totally unacceptable! It's the last time I purchase something from this shop and will recommend everyone I know to avoid them!
Horrible service, horrible shop assistants, horrible everything! WHen they see a woman of age, they start pushing her buy all accessories no one needs, lie about the phone price to take away all her money
Do Not recommend AT ALL! They are lying to the customers on the price and are probably putting the difference in their pockets!

Last year my mum went in to buy iphone 11 pro max for me and my brother to Unieuro, I was also on the phone with her and spoke to the assistants, best service ever! They didn't push us to buy anything additional, were super nice and very patient while we were choosing the iphone colors which to purchase.
This wost definitely the worst experience of my life. Thieves!

Purtroppo ho avuto la brutta idea di ordinare un iphone Xr on line, con consegna al negozio più vicino a casa,quello di via Carlo Troya a Milano.
L'account è intestato da almeno 5 anni a mia madre 89 enne, ora invalida con badante. Notare bene che l'account di mia madre ha sempre avuto il mio indirizzo email e ho fatto svariati acquisti sepre con la mia carta di credito. Mi reco al negozio con delega di mia madre, documento in originale, mio e di mia madre e carta di credito con cui ho acquistato il bene per 615 euro. E qui iniziano i problemi...la cassiera una ragazzina incompetente controlla la delega e con aria da insufficenza mi dice:" facciamo finta di credere che sia la firma giusta. In pratica mi dice che la firma non è uguale al documento. Spiego, già molto innervosito, che mia madre è invalida e fa fatica a firmare. Avevo tutti i riscontri con me e non accetto di farmi dare del falsario e furbetto da una incompetente. Chiami il direttore per favore.
3 chiamate e 5 minuti di attesa il direttore non si vede.
Perdo definitivamente la pazienza e chiedo il rimborso.

Media world, non ci siamo, state perdendo colpi e vi consiglio di fare una bella revisione del personale in Via Carlo Troya a Milano.
Stasera ordinerò il mio iphone ad Amazon, che si meritano il successo che hanno.
Mi spiace ma siete veramente inqualificabili

Unfortunately, I had the bad idea to order an iphone Xr on line, with delivery to the store closest to home, the one in via Carlo Troya in Milan.
The account has been in the name of my 89 year old mother, now an invalid with a carer, for at least 5 years. Note well that the account of my mother has always had my email address and I have made several purchases with my credit card. I go to the store with my mother's delegation, my and my mother's original i.d cards and the credit card with which I purchased the cellphone for 615 euros. And here are the problems...the desk clerk, an incompetent girl, checks the delegation and with an air of inefficiency tells me: "let's pretend to believe that it is the right signature. In practice she tells me that the signature is not equal to the ID showed. I explained, already very nervous, that my mother is disabled and has difficulty signing. I had all the matches with me and I don't accept being called a forger and a crafty by an incompetent. Please call the manager,"I said"
3 calls and 5 minutes of waiting the director is nowhere to be seen.
I definitely lose patience and ask for a refund.
1. Not classified desk clerk for modesty.
2. Manager not available, calls the phone and gives a refund without even understanding what happened.
Media World, we are not there, you are losing strokes and I recommend that you make a nice review of the staff in Via Carlo Troya in Milan.
Tonight I will order my iphone at Amazon, they deserve the success they have.
I'm sorry but you are really unqualified.

I was camping on the Mediaworld.it website on 11.11 (single day) because I knew they would have some sort of sales or flash sales around this season (Black Friday).And I was right, they had a massive sale of 22% with exclusion of some apple products (I don't remember but maybe airpods and iphone) BUT it did apply for ipad and apple pencil. So basically I bought an Ipad Pro 11'' 256gb 2020 + apple pencil gen 2 for 890euro (plus 7.99euro for shipping)!!!!!! I placed my order at 1am 11.11 and was told that the estimated arrival date of the packages was 16.11, which was fine to me (I was not in a hurry, and I could wait for days as long as my products is legit and comes undamaged). Then out of my expectation, the packages arrived this morning, 12.11. Perhaps I was lucky because the store near me had the product in stock? I am not sure.
I have been buying techs and electronic devices from Media World for 2 years since I started my university here in Italy, both online and offline, and until now, I have no problem either with their devices or services (my iphone X bought in 2018 works flawlessly, the jbl speaker rocks all the party, kindle, toaster, etc....). In general, I didn't say that they are perfect since there were countless 1 star reviews about them. We as a customer all need to be careful and do at our best in our side to protect ourselves (such as paying through PayPal, filming the process of unboxing the packages, read all the instruction/ description given to us,....) because anything can happen. However, like any other retailers, Media World is worth a try, especially when it comes to the sales seasons.
