I just want to say a ''big thank you'' to LearnWorlds!
I 'm really happy with the platform, all working well,lots of students having a great time, and no issues at all seeing the videos ,etc.
Made also some good sales, and will make in the future!
I know maybe it's not important, but really loving LearnWorlds and for the price I'm paying for all, it would be unfair to not to tell you this

You know what, i am not someone who reviews anyone, yet here i am....I am so dissapointed in learnworlds,it is a joke to be honest. nearly EVERY single time i have asked why something is broken or a bug exists here or there etc, the response is...."i'll forward this to our dev team." Then 5 days later (in some cases) another person says "hi how are things, sorry but we are still trying to figure it out blah blah blah...." absolutely pathetic.
Just recently for example, i created a "bundle" page, every time one goes to it, it throws an error. It has now been 48 hours and STILL no solution. We pay nearly 300USD per month and this is what we get?
I think our time on learnworlds will come to an end shortly. Things that need improvement......
1. Gamification: It is laughable, a few badges here and there? Are you serious? Perhaps a points system, where users can buy points or get awarded points for completing courses etc...they can then use those points to purchase more courses and so on and so on.
2.Community: We have over 80 new signups and not ONE of them has used or ventured near the community area. It looks so bad and has things like a "yeah" button. What is this for? Anyway, if you are thinking that a community is what you are getting, think again.
3. The stupid site builder: Where do i begin on this one? Well, first of all, some idiot thought is was a great idea to have the panel "PINNED" to the right side of the screen. You cannot detach it, which means you have to work in a tiny area, this is just useless if you are working or need to change anything on a small 15" screen laptop. It literally is unusable then. Other than that, simple things that one would expect, like centering a menu or button, or having a "fixed" background image when scrolling....
4. payment gateways: You can ONLY use stripe for subscriptions!!! Now this means that EVERYONE, EVERYONE in AFRICA (amongst others) cannot have a subscription service with learnworlds. What is the actual point!?! Seriously. More payment gateways or implement paypal business to the subscription offers, this is not hard, if you want i can show you how to do this.....
I have so many more issues, but i am bored of complaining now, you guys get the general hint. I would seriously avoid this platform, i think if things don't drastically change in the next month, we will cancel and move our business elsewhere.

Normally I don't write feedbacks, because a) I don't have the time and b) you know it,people tend to express negative instead of positive feedbacks.
For learnworlds I wanted and had to learn to go beyond my personal borders.
Not only the constantly developing software, but the whole team is great.
All support requests have been so far:
- competently
- extremely courteous
- quickly
- satisfactorily
answered.
Missing functionalities or new ideas are questioned in a target-oriented manner, taken up with the necessary care, discussed with the development department and planned for a common release.
We feel wonderfully taken care of and are happy to be a customer and at the same time a partner of learnworlds.
What is left for me to say except:

LearnWorlds has upgraded their platform. Not just another release with a bit more features,but a complete new one. I think of 'software' as whatever I can think of, should be possible. This platform as the awesome support mostly about learning instead of helping to overcome issues or create workarounds. Well done!

Hands down LearnWorlds is the best online course creation and membership engagement platform out there.As a Senior Instructional Designer, I have been providing solutions to clients for close to twenty years. I have been working with different SaaS providers for the last seven watching how they respond to market needs and what they invest in their platform and technical support. LearnWorlds has thought of everything, from how to design engaging landing pages with useful templates, to one-click sales funnel pages, to SEO optimization, to building a subscription, to easy-to-use course creation process that even includes and allows for scorm compliant courses. And, now they have a video editor that makes it easy to create interactive video! Oh, you can even reskin (flavor) an existing course for a new audience or purpose, determine what sections you want to be displayed before and after login, and add a bucket load of resources for your members eager to engage. Topped off with the most helpful technical support I have ever received, they get a five star plus rating from me.

I've paid over £1000 for their Pro Trainer plan, but I feel like I've been scammed.
There are endless bugs with their website,students are struggling to use my learning platform because of Learnworlds.
I have numerous issues with setting up Facebook pixel that hasn't been resolved as their customer service hasn't come back to me for over 3 weeks.
I had to refund several students because of Learnworlds. When students paid for the course they didn't get access to the course (this should happen automatically upon payment) and this of course caused students asking for a refund. I've raised an issue but of course still waiting to be resolved.
Customer service is also shockingly poor. As I previously mention there are several tickets that are still pending, waiting for their reply after months.
I used to be part of their affiliate program but all I can recommend is to AVOID!

After this review, Learnworlds' team taken my complaint seriously and I've been given a 2 months worth of refund. Ever since, they've been replying to my emails swiftly.

Though we are still new to LearnWorlds (couple months), our experience has been very positive!We have already released our first course (which was very intuitive to build) and there have been zero technical issues with 22 students in our first launch. The customer service has been exceptional (very prompt and helpful). Plus, we have been very impressed with the reporting capabilities. Thanks, LearnWorlds!
