Best Customer Support Ever!

Bought the kit and some extra gossamers to try. First application—>Fail! Nothing would stick correctly.Watched a bunch of how-to videos and tried again. I got both eyes done, not perfectly but good enough to go out with! Everything seemed fine until I woke up the next morning to find most of the gossamers on my pillow. I contacted support, explained the issue and heard back that they have a 1:1 zoom video to help people like me. I’m signed up for tomorrow to see why they keep falling off. I have very short, sparse natural lashes so I’m hoping they can come up with a solution. Just the fact that they offer these 20 minute support one-on-one help sessions speaks loudly regarding their customer support. Doesn’t get much better than that!

AWESOME AFTER HOURS PERSONAL CONCIERGE HELP

Upon waking this morning, I saw a text message from Lashify regarding an upcoming order delivery.Being located in CST, it was before company open operating hours. I am a person who greatly prefers to talk by telephone with a customer service representative regarding my needs. Knowing I had a busy day ahead of me, I out of character wrote/sent an email to the Personal Concierge Department with my need to reschedule the upcoming order delivery. To my happy surprise, 1 3/4 hours (still hours before published company hours of open operations to the public. Most impressive since they are PST which is earlier than my CST.) I received a reply email message from Thea, my personal concierge, with a complete description of the action she took regarding my upcoming order which perfectly matched my request. Thea also gave me a couple of very good tips for the future!

Horrible Return Policy

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I bought the heated eyelash curler with no idea that there was no returns.There is no indications of this strict return policy anywhere on the checkout screen, yet it’s so easy to type in my card information. Once I opened my product and realized the item didn’t work how it was shown to, that’s when I was told there was no returns on it. However, I was told if I sent the item back unopened, I could get my return. I sent the item back, and now the company is refusing to give me my return. Instead, they feel as thought giving me 45$ in store credit (never mind I paid 55$ for the item) is an adequate solution for the problem. This is also ignoring the fact I’d have to pay for shipping again on a new product from a company I want nothing to do with. Very unsatisfied with how this situation has been handled because I now am out the 55$, and I don’t even have the item anymore. Do not buy an item here.

My Lux order from 4/14 became lost in the mail. I contacted concierge and was lucky enough to get Thea.She was wonderful.. Had my problem resolved within 24 hours.. She is awesome!! All you guys rock.. I am a “troll” without my lashes!! Love me some Lashify!! I get compliments on my lashes everyday!!

Going to sue this company! Never ever buy this product. All reviews are probably paid. So I heard about lashify,decided to give it a try. I do not have any allergies, I mean ANY at all, so was no worried. After I applied this f... lashify, I did only on one eye first, my eye got super swollen, red, and let me repeat- I never in my life had any allergies. Lashes fall off the same day shortly . Soooo waste of money and your health. Stay away and DO NOT buy this crap!!!!
