I am so surprised to see bad reviews about the company and customer service. I had received my parcel SO promptly,imagine that I had ordered something from ASOS at the same time and the KOOKAI parcel came way before (and I live in the UK).
However I had overestimated my size so I had to exchange pretty much everything. Customer service responded to me straight away and supported me very well in the process. I go my exchange really quickly (considering I had sent it during the Christmas period).
The products are really good quality.
I am overall really happy, the only downside is the prices I guess, will use again.

poor client service: my reimboursement took ages, while i sent the article back the day i got it.
Onlyafter a threat to make a dispute in PayPal they finally reimbursed.
Never more.

I felt compelled to write this review because of the customer service I have received thus far from this brand.Firstly, I ordered and paid for my item over a week ago. I was assured on the website items would be sent within 48 hours. As of yet my order is still "unconfirmed" so has not been sent.
I have sent in the past few days two emails asking about my purchase. I have received no response.
Then this morning I tried to call their customer service number several times. I was hung up on without even a hello and when I finally got through it asked for the extension line of the person I was calling. Wanting to talk to someone in the company I tried several variations of numbers and eventually got through to the receptionist who told me Kookai were closed. This was in the working hours listed on their website for calling customer service. She told me many people had been calling the last few days so I am not the only one being let down.
Disgraceful and illegal behaviour- to take payment without sending items.
I will alter this review in lieu of how my case is handled in the next few days but I fear I may have to report this to my credit card company.
UPDATE- I was informed last night after a week of waiting for responses that my item was no longer available and I was to be refunded - all without an apology. This is a very disappointing result as my item was in stock when I purchased it. As a recompense they offered me a discount code to buy from them again. Given my experience I will not be taking them up on this offer.
Altogether a disorganised company with little care for customers. I will not be buying from them again.
