This is a fraud! Advertised as a free product whilst a monthly membership is required to start creating a quiz.Once that’s paid and the quiz is complete just before launching the quiz the platform asks for an upgrade to a monthly rolling membership of £240 which is misleadingly advertised and was charged in one full payment of £270 (not sure why the extra £30 added either). It’s impossible to contact the company by any means, no-one responds to the help@ email. I haven’t heard back for 14 days and just opened a dispute with the bank. Never use them!read more

Very bad customer experience!
I have a teacher account and wanted to test the Pro version,which is 3 usd per month, billed annually.
They had advertised on their website that you have 7 day trial period, but the moment I submitted my card info they invoiced me the amount (42 euro) and never answered my inquiry that I submitted through their contact center. They do not have any phone numbers, only that contact center where no one answers!
This thing with 7 day trial period is an absolute scam, do not believe it, it is a lie!read more
