Have emailed the company 5 times trying to cancel my subscription. Not one reply. Seems they only reply when placing orders.Overpriced products and do they actually work. My next step trading standards.read more

Absolutely ridiculous, not a safe way to loose weight. I decided to do the £5 budget a year and a half ago...had an email yesterday saying I owe £20 to them??!!!read more

Overpriced, lack of customer service

About the vitamins: they are very good but I didn't experience exceptional effectiveness compared to other vitamins which would explain that horrific price (360 euro for 4 months'portion). It has many appealing elements like the absolute vegan base including the shell of the capsules, which however, made me difficult to swallow them. Occasionally the capsules got stuck in my throat and I thought I would need to call the ambulance.
The reason though why I gave 1 star:
Is simply the lack of customer service. I ordered the vitamins with installment payments, 90 euro a month. The last payment for some reason has not been deducted from my account despite it had enough balance and I received an automatic email from Juice plus that they would use a credit agency if I don't pay (ok, I received 2 reminders).
When I wanted to cross check from what account and how much has been deducted and see my statement on my online account, it all of sudden was not active (link expired), so I have no access to my data.
They don't respond to my email and the phone is switched off (when I called their official number - only Austrian one exists) - I didn't manage to get through but after a few attempts it finally gave an automatic message only in German. Luckily I speak German so it said that the number I called is not valid and i should call a different number, which is ridiculous. I need to spend hours again with an unresponsive company just to avoid that I get on any bar list - although it looks the technical issue might be on their side.
This is a very bad customer service level. I do not recommend this product and I will not buy it again.

your facebook customer service as well as your German and Luxembourg phones are not responding. Emails either. I don’t like chasing companies to be able to validate my customer rights. I bought from Luxembourg. I’d appreciate if you get in touch with me directly. I left a few messages to all platforms. thank you.read more
