I ordered a doll, but they do not start until it is paid for in full.
Ok, so they sent me an emailstating that my doll was paid for and what I was getting.
I was missing the $539 extra package and said if I don't get the package, I don't want it. And canceled. They said they would contact the dollmaker 7 days ago with me sending my emails every day.
Never Never Ever buy from overseas buy from this country. Now I have to deal with Paypal to get my money back. I filed a complaint with Paypal, and joy love dolls contacted me right away and said they would refund only partial and charge 20% restocking and would not do it unless PayPal was not involved because PayPal does not allow partial refunds.
They want me to drop the Paypal complaint.
This doll was never made or shipped. I canceled within 24 hrs. That is a $300 charge for just ordering the doll. Stay away from these people.read more
Cannot reach customer service by phone. After giving this company $2000 dollars so far, youd atleast think they could give a 5 minute phone call to discuss about the product. Nope. Appears fake sadly

Just bought a $2000 doll. Calling because i am a new buyer and their website has misleading sizing options (i.e.148cm listed as 5 foot 10!). After 2 days of calling no 1 is picking up the phone :(read more

After purchasing from this company,I completely regret ever wasting my time and money.Products are unreliable, unremarkable, and heavy. Dolls buckle, joint break easily, tpe rips almost immediately. I tried ordering glue but it cannot be sent over seas. Waited 2 weeks to just find out my order was declined but customs. After talking to support and getting the run around for weeks. Even after saying id buy another if it was discounted fairly. They slapped me in the face with a 5% discount.. WTH?

Like always I had my suspicions when buying online something worth 2000 dollars but gladly I got what I ordered and a lot more than I expected.Doll is a bit heavy but so is a 40kg piece of flesh in real life too. After getting used to the weight and how the doll moves it is really fun to have sex with and almost like real girl. Well it does not kiss you back but so does not a professional in thermas so that is normal. Product has great quality and natural feeling.
Price was one of the lowest in the industry and Joy Love Dolls as a company has ok customer service and delivery was evenfaster than promised, under 2 weeks to my door from the purchase. Great product and service.
I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a doll.
