The hoops are so small it's impossible to get them on. Nothing fits right. If they wanted to make super small hoops then they should have made it easier to close.Super annoyed I spent money on this.

Ok so I ordered about $130AUD of jewellery on 25/3. As I spent a lot of money i was told I would recieve free EXPRESS delivery.After about a week after I paid I messaged the company asking is my package had been sent out (normally you’d get a confirmation email after a couple days) they then replied and said it would be sent out the next day.... a few days go by and I get another email saying it hasn’t been posted yet but if I wanted express shipping I would have to pay an excess $29USD... was very confused because I was meant to get free express shipping and since I didn’t want to pay that I decided to get normal shipping... I only just got my parcel yesterday 28/4 which means it took about a month to get to Australia and I’m kinda dissapointed with the jewellery while it is super pretty and looks so nice it’s like it’s meant for babies the jewellery is absolutely tiny and hurts to put on and I have average size ears. I wish I read the other reviews and trusted when they said it was small..... overall it is very pretty but it’s expensive and tiny and will take forever to get to you and I definitely think it’s a scam

So I ordered a couple of pair of earrings from J&Co and tbh not impressed. 1. They don’t tell you that the earrings are shipped all the way from Singapore until after you have ordered.I’m conscious of air miles so this was really off putting 2. When they did finally arrive the quality was rubbish and no better than something I could get of a cheap market stall rather than their over priced product. 3. The photos of the models wearing the earrings (baby hoop earrings in my case) has been photoshopped heavily which has made the earrings appear like they fit close to the ear but actually they hang quite a bit off the lobe ( I don’t have small ears either) It was really misleading. The description did give dimensions but that’s unhelpful if they don’t match the images provided aswell. 4. When I got in touch with them asking for a refund they refused and instead gave me a voucher for their shop. But this is the thing, the voucher will cover the cost of a product only and not the shipping so either way if I want to replace them with something else cheaper than the original amount I will have to pay another £5 postage. The lady I spoke to via email was very friendly though prob the only positive to the experience with them. Just don’t bother unless you want substandard product that are overpriced.

ordered €140 worth of earrings on 08/04. I received my package on 15/04 to Ireland.I qualified for free shipping as my order was so big and I didnt incur any extra fees for customs. earrings all came in small individual jewellery bags inside 2 larger pink decorative boxes which was a lovely touch ive ordered from other sites for a similar price and received earrings in bubble wrap in a standard envelop. After reading the reviews I was expecting bad quality or not to receive my package at all. I ordered a variety of earrings from conch hoops, huggy hoops, cartilage studs and small cartilage diamond encrusted hoops all gold in colour and there's nothing wrong with the quality of any of them considering I ordered enough for 14 ear piercings and an extra few incase I lost any of them..im so so happy..don't believe everything you read in reviews I will definitely be ordering again.
