Widespread problem and they are not handling it..

I have the same problem many have. Left earbud losing volume. It affects the mic functionality also.Jabra ghosted me after 1 e-mail stating the obvious have you tried turning it off and on again and follow the steps etc etc. Have liked the products Jabra made but this will be my last Jabra, not only because quality but how they seem to treat their customers.

Same as all the other reviews return is still pending after a month and they have now stopped respondingfor 200 quid for headphones to break after a month is shocking even bought a one day replacement warranty and i had to rely on the manufacturers till it runs out absolute joke ITs been a full month and i still have nothing never buying a Jabra product again this is ridiculous they break after  2 months of use at minimum use for that matter send them back and over a month no replacement.!!!

I bought a jabra elite active less than a year ago. The volume dropped i could barely hear thru the earbuds.Contacted the customer service, they said to contact my local retailer, explained they shut down due to covid, sent all the proofs. They never replied back.. I thought Jabra wd care about their image..

I am absolutely horrified with the non-support I am meeting here. I wrote a bad review here 4 days ago,suddenly I heard back, but this time in German even though our correspondence has been in Danish and english so far. They are not helping me with my rather new product. So frustrated.

Stay away, tried their earbuds they came with two-year warranty and were brand new I was the first to register the device but they will not honour it,the right earbud has lost 90% of volume, and white hissing noise stay away do not recommend

8 Days ago I submitted a request as my earbuds have not worked correctly for over 8 months.The left earbud has no sound. I have had no response from Jabra which is very poor. I called again today and was put through to a voicemail and told to leave my details and they would get back to me. Jabra, it's not ok to leave customers waiting. 8 days in and still no response. If you think that's good customer service, you need to rethink your strategy.

I have only had my 65t elite earbuds for a few months when the right one stopped working.I contacted them as they were still under warranty, they sent me a prepaid 48 hr returns envelope , I posted them back on the 17/04/21 and they received them 19/04/21. Still no communication even although I complained and still without any ear buds.

Began having charging issues with my Jabra 65t active elite earbuds, so I contacted Jabra.After a number of e-mail exchanges and photos of my proof of purchase and my earbuds in their charging case, Jabra sent a return label. I returned the earbuds; they were received on April 22. Jabra sent an e-mail on April 28, that the warranty department would contact me with the replacement device tracking information in 1-3 days. 13 days later and no information from Jabra; I have responded to the e-mail and used the Jabra app to ask for an update - nothing received. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Ticket #CS01538901.
