I noticed that Mike Adams doesn't sell FACE MASKS anymore. The kind plastic shield kind that glues to your face and when I tried to remove it - ripped my whiskers right out of my skin!Bled. Raw for a week. Bought 2 boxes of 12 'cause Adams uses a fear message to get a person to buy. Didn't use his product right away because I had some other masks to use first. When I finally got to Adams' Masks it was pas his "30 day return policy. "We don't accept returns after 30 day". I don't give a rats ass about your effed up return policy especially since I explained to you that I only tried 1 and now I've got 23 brand new, unopened masks that I'd like to get my $ back because they PHYSICALLY DAMAGE PEOPLE'S FACES!!! And so do your rip-off policies - Mike Adams. And, by the way, stop fear mongering people. You're the worst one for bringing people "the news" that always seems to exist in the realm between truth and wishful thinking. Fantasy and reality. Uncorroborated - "Me thinks" its true. Also the binder, caking agent in HIS vitamin/supplement capsules are not vegetable cellulose, as they should be, but a poisonous product called Magnesium Stearate. Less labor intense so Cheaper to make! BEWARE PEOPLE!

Horrible customer service.

I have experienced many of the same customers service problems with The Health Ranger Store that others on this forum have experienced.This time my order was cancelled without my prior knowledge or permission by a female I will refer to as a 'wicked witch" who claims her name is LACY and claims to be Mike Adam's personal assistant. She cancelled my order without my knowledge or permission because I complained about and challenged her about a particular shipping method. I have always received product via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, and one time via USPS but NEVER Sure Post. Sure Post is when the shipper chooses to have the packaged picked up by UPS then delivered to the post office where it may sit in a trailer for a week exposed to toxic chemicals until the post office gets around to sorting the packages and eventually delivering them. I told her I do not want Sure Post delivery and was not paying extra for the methods I have received in the past. She tried to sell me misinformation about Sure Post and I challenged her on that because I knew the TRUTH about how that process works. She told me "I am tired of everybody crying their asses off about shipping." I have never heard that expression before. I asked for Mike Adams direct email so I could address this issue with him privately but she refused to give me his email address and told me she intercepts EVERYTHING coming to him. Shame on her and SHAME ON YOU MIKE ADAMS for having such deplorable individuals working for you. CLEAN UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. It is so pathetic !

I just made a huge order & was supposed to get a free gift. I went back to my shopping cart to finish the order and they changed the free gift to something that I didn't want.I left special instructions to clear it up and I ordered the item that was supposed to be free. (so they were not out of stock). I called customer service today & the guy was a creep and said that they couldn't do anything and I have to keep the black pepper junk I didn't want& I would have to return the Keto item at their cost. Even though it was supposed to be free. This Health Ranger makes millions and does not care about the middle class consumer.

I have been contacting them several times ,Horrible customer services from Ramon . This was my first and last purchase. I ordered vitamin c 6 weeks ago , still hasn't arrived , postage was 29 euro , and 6 weeks later it's still not here ,very dissatisfied customer ...... Nearly a week later still no sign of my order , I have asked for a refund at this stage , when I complained they sent me a tracking number, which tells me absaloutly sweet nothings. I am disgusted with their customer service, for sure this will be my last order with this crowd . I will be going back to the reliable service of piping rock , was using them for couple of years , never had one single complaint about them . Avoid this company !!!! 29 dollars for postage it's outrageous !!!!!!!
