I had purchased an air conditioner. After few days of purchasing I realized that I didn't like the AC color.I just visited them and they changed the color without any problem. Their customer service is great!

Worse fridges I have ever had.. First one lasted a month passed warranty and had to jump through hoops to get a replacement..Second one had electrical problems from 6 months old and has died after 3 years..
If I could give zero stars I would.. Absolute garbage!

Trying to register Warranty!

Bought a Fridge Freezer, trying to register appliance for Warranty, have tried several times fromJan-April 2021 to do so with number they provide giving a recording saying "sorry can't take your call at present, please try again later". Tried to register on-line, issues here too.
Hope we don't get an urgent problem with appliance as after reading other reviews, it's clear, serious attention to Customer Service is urgently needed!

Purchased a Haier washing machine in October 2019 machine was great up until February 2021 when itstarted to leak I rang the help line on the 23 February 2021 who said I would receive a call within 48 hours. I actually left it an extra day did not hear anything so rang back I was assured somebody would be in touch the next day but still did not hear anything, so I rang again this time they said they would send one of their own engineers out which they did on the 4 March 2021 the engineer removed a part in the detergent drawer as he said this was causing the leak and it was a problem with these machines fine the machine was working no leak.Had only used the machine about 6 times then on the 21 March 2021 the machine would not drain, you could hear that the pump was not working, rang the helpline again engineer came out on the 24 March looked at it said they hadn’t been told what the model was they normally carry the pump in the van so as he didn’t know the model he didn’t have one, then he said it would have to be ordered. Rang the engineers today 25 March 2021 for them to say they had to find the model part number and then wait to see if in stock could not guarantee a date suggested ring Haier to which I did, explained about the machine was told if a part is not in stock it could be between 7-10 days delivery to which I replied I didn’t think this was good enough! She said they only authorise repairs which is not what the engineer told me. I have read previous reviews and see that people have had the same problem with their machines, I have not had the machine 18 months and have had 2 problems within a month which has left me totally disappointed I have had cheaper machines which have lasted years with no problem, this is not a machine I would recommend to anyone and I definitely would not buy Haier again! I do not think you get very good customer service either it took me half an hour to get through today to be told there is nothing that can be done, basically a 2 year guarantee is worth nothing unless you’re prepared to wait for repairs all the time!

Bought a Haier fridge almost a year ago. Fridge is tripping electricity. Electrician got there straight away to verify it is the appliance.Haier can't get a technician out for two weeks. Haier are supposed to be the best in the world in the manufacturing of white good. Yeah, right, need to sort their product quality and sort out their customer services. Rubbish
