Had two problems: 1) DNS redirection of A record hung (timed out) 2) Wordpress import from another site crashed with a type 500 error Called Helpdesk and was assisted by Justin,who did a superb job of analysing my issues and solving problem #1 immediately and providing assistance and documentation to help my solve problem #2 (which I did within 12 hours). Awesome.

I got a Hosting - Web - Deluxe - Linux cPanel for my two websites. I have real problems with issues in wordpress.:pages were not accessible,cannot be edited,blog page shown out of data, content could not be added to pages. I Chatted with godaddy tech support for the sixth time. .They addressed me to developers to solve the problem .I checked the issue with three different developers and all of them said the problem is the host and server. I got frustrated and transferred my websites to a new host ,and all problems were solved. I paid $399.88 for the hosting plan when I asked to refund .They refunded $83.41.This is how godaddy deals with their loyal customers.not only they couldn't solve the problem within two month but they did not refund the full price. I strongly recommend not to buy any hosting plans with go daddy.

First, GoDaddy completed SEO work on my behalf. However, because they failed to gather all of the appropriate information and neglected to inform me of their strategy,their work was in error and nearly useless. When I complained, they stated that they would only help if I purchased additional services. This was clearly stated on numerous occasions. This is extortion. Now, as I attempt to move my website to WordPress, they have completely taken down my site. On my accounts page, there are several different charges for different features. Now that my site has been completely removed, I am being told that what was described as just an editing tool is really the entire site itself. They refused to return my site for even a short period of time and also refused to refund the charges I just paid. Their business practices are disgusting at best and maliciously misleading at worst. They have no interest in abiding by information initially provided and only care about the amount of additional dollars they can extract from small business owners.
