Not great for buying products. After 4 days they call up to inform that the item is not in stock.

I made a nokia mobile purchase and got a faulty product(faulty earpiece and headphone jack).After several contacts with their rude, unprofessional and insensitive customer care and escalations with TOI, they finally agreed to replace the product. I was asked to return and when the product reached them customer care informed that it was working perfectly fine when they checked and they are returning it.They never replied to my emails and every time I had to call them. I got it back and I get a message on Nokia support app that it was serviced. This is unethical and unprofessional. They dump a defective product against my order and instead of decently replacing it they now got it repaired and sent back to me claiming they did not find any fault with it. I felt something was fishy from the beginning but after seeing lack of ethics this is guaranteed to be my last purchase from them
