I can't explain how bad its converting system could be. They converted some of my pdf's and the result is,1) they converted all the t as r
2) All the M as N
3) All the g as q
bla bla bla.. And most importantly, they only convert two pages in free. Although, this is their business policy, why there name is freepdfconvert?read more

It's a scam. It's not free - it will just convert two pages for free and ask you to sign up for more.Is there a way to rate them on Google so that they stop showing up in the top 3 search results?read more

It's not free at all. You upload a file and have to wait hours for it to convert if you don't wish to subscribe and pay anything.Ridiculous and a complete waste of time!read more

This company is a scam!! they charged me twice per month for 1 subscription when I emailed with my Paypal proof that they were charging me twice,they cancelled my subscription and told me point blank that they will not refund me for the months they overcharged me! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! AND THE PRODUCT THEY DELIVER IS NOT VERY GOOD AT ALL.read more

I signed up for a 1-month plan and paid $6 plus tax. However, because I had previously enrolled in a plan and then cancelled it,my account was shown as "Service suspended, membership expired." I complained and it took them two days to fix the problem, during which I wasn't able to use the service, even though I had paid to re-enroll. Since my need was urgent I found another service (smallpdf.com) that worked fine. I immediately tried to cancel the service and asked them to refund my $6 initial charge since I wasn't able to use it when needed. They refused to give me a refund. Do not use this service; they have poor customer support and automatically charge you for additional periods unless you fight with them.read more
