New Energy Supply from EDF

EDF took over our energy supplies after Green Network Energy ceased trading. The process of setting up new accounts and Direct Debits is efficient and new records are easy to access online.Contacted their chat service regarding meter readings and the agent was quick and helpful. Good customer service so far.

Shocking experience with EDF - had to create an account with them just to move to another supplier (recently moved home and they supplied the energy).Received 17 letters - often 2 in the same day! Giving me different reading and/or asking me to pay different amounts. Their automated chatbot on WhatsApp is infuriating and it has taken months to move away from EDF completely.

Wrongly accused EDF of taking payments from my account EDF responded politely and quickly helping meeliminate them from my enquiries EDF provided various methods of contact with a human being WhatsApp SMS and email in these current times I'm actually very impressed most companies don't even offer a direct email just a web chat with a robot pretending to be a human well done EDF
