Took my money, didn't give me the stuff

I placed an order and expected to have the items added to my account. Instead, the order says,"processing" and I've never received the items. The charge is on my credit card, and I haven't received the items. I opened a ticket and "Gunnar" says they can't do anything. I asked them to cancel the order and refund it. Here's what he said: "Unfortunately that is not possible for me to do. There is no option for me to cancel an order on my end of the transaction. You must notify me of any updates that are made on your end."
This is totally not consistent with their own help pages on the subject that say, "Step 2: Submit a Sales Support Ticket and include the following: purchase order number, the name of the product(s) that you wish to have refunded..."
Truly, your online shop is broken if you can't refund an order.
Now, I have to dispute this with my Credit Card company

I would give them four stars on the general product itself, but the piecemeal approach to aniblocks needs some help.I spent hours just trying to figure out that motion clips were actually "aniblocks," nice if they'd keyword that into their searches, but no I had to watch a video tutorial that happened to mention them to find out.
Their video tutorial claimed there were sample poses with "Animate Lite" but no, there weren't, actually. There was no Animate Lite, or even, skim.
I then had to go to their shop and drift through pose packages. I just wanted one pose, but no, they couldn't just show me all the poses that are included with packages ... I don't which shell the pea is under ...
And now I believe that this package I found "might" have the right poses in it, but I have no way of knowing for sure without dropping money on it, or waiting on customer service for full disclosure.
And the kicker is that, I might just actually buy the poses, but there's ZERO info on "Animate Lite" that's supposedly included free or whether the poses will work with it, if it does still exist.
There's ZERO info on whether Animate2 is required to use the poses. It's a "first one's free" scenario. Oh wait there's a free trial of Animate2 in the drop down menu ... but wait, there's not ... but there is ... but there's not ... where is it? Do I need a treasure map to find it? The All Seeing Eye of Gorantatatitat??
On the plugins view, it asks for a serial. I put this in, it says I need to restart. I do. It didn't take the serial. I click on the check mark, nothing. Tears are running down my eyes. I click on the shopping cart, give us $60 bucks for Animate2 ... but does it include my pose??? ... Oh wait, they mean the Animate2 serial!!! The clouds part. Why didn't it tell me I needed a different serial. NO, I'm not that smart. I'm a monkey pounding a circle into the square hole. It's going to work this time, only I'm out of time. I'm a new user. I'm a baby who can't quite walk. I'm sobbing mess. It's not pretty.
The shadow of marketing is ominous and freaking me out. Why won't they just tell me everything???
Tell me everything. Where's the feature request? Where's the panic button??
Why don't they sell individual poses or a 5-pack of any ones you want? Now I finally know, life is unfair.
They should think about how cool a chat feature would be, even if it was with someone who knew almost nothing. I could at least bond with them, commiserate together. They could promise to get back to me. I'd see their words coming through in real time. I'd feel like hope - a real ray of hope was on the horizon, it's warm rays drying my tears.
Expletive in echoes! I'm willing to take the leap!
But ... the online coupon sites offer "rad discounts" however when I click through, it's just the Daz3D homepage ... wind and crickets ... I've been dumped on the first date!
Support?
I tried to submit a request and their form is barfing on me, asking me for order numbers and sales tickets mumbo jumbo, lalalalala, no idea what they're referring to. I've made the rocks on the beach spell SOS. There's a plane ... is it Daz support? Will they see it???
