WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE. Purchased two dresses delivered on 5/5 and due to work constraints unable to try on until 5/13.Fit was poor and not my style once I was able to try on. I tried to return the dresses on my first day off 5/16 (tags still on, all packing material kept, dress on for 5 minutes at best). Had to text "HELLO" to some "person" who informed me after I waited several hours for a response that since I did not request the Return form within 7 days (from delivery date), I would be unable to return. YOU ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO RETURN AN ON-LINE ORDER. Stuck with two dresses that I don't want and can never use! I find the policy restrictive (7 days!) to return items. Feels like David's bridal is trying to dump dresses to compensate for the wedding cancellation pandemic!

Thank you so much to the team at David’s Bridal Birmingham for everything you did for us during our Bridesmaids appointment on 14/05/2021.Not only did Louise (the lovely store manager) kindly arrange for us to have a double appointment so that we could really luxuriate in the experience and try on dresses on both maids at once, Mariah then rescheduled on the day itself when we got on the wrong train and rang up in a blind panic, thinking that we were going to miss out because we would be late. I cannot tell you how grateful we were that you were able to accommodate us later in the day, many many tears and lots of disappointment avoided!
What’s more, Lydia was a DREAM consultant: friendly, kind, unflappable and extremely helpful.
We found the most beautiful dress for both the girls and Lydia kindly explained all of the colour, length and sizing options, as well as helping out with accessories.
The day really did live up to our very high expectations. I particularly appreciated that we had Lydia’s undivided attention as it really made us all feel so special.
Could not recommend David’s Bridal more highly and I can’t wait to see the girls in their beautiful dresses on our special day.

We have literally had THE BEST experience at David’s Bridal. I made an appointment for a prom dressappointment for my daughter for Friday evening and when I turned up I was told that my appointment was in 3 weeks time - I honestly couldn’t believe my mistake. Victoria asked us to take a seat and did everything she could to accommodate our appointment, she was absolutely AMAZING! Victoria and her colleagues were so so lovely to my daughter and put her totally at ease, they bought her shoes, jewellery and numerous dresses - she was made to feel really special. We ended up buying the most beautiful dress, shoes and earrings, a very happy daughter and a very happy Mum. Thank you for all being so absolutely lovely and for accommodating my mistake. Beautiful dresses, beautiful shop and beautiful staff. Thank you x

So during the pandemic I bought a wedding dress online to try on - did not like it.It took me a while to try on due to having to go my future Mother-in-Law's house since I did not want it delivered to my house and my fiancé possibly seeing the dress. So it was past the time I could just return it, so I had to exchange it. To make matters worse, in order to "exchange" my dress I had to purchase other items for the amount of my dress - and the sales rep did not tell me I was going to be charge again until after I gave her my debit card number. I quickly told her to cancel the order and to place it again with my credit card. In addition to that mess, David's Bridal ended up placing two exact orders, charging both my cards, even though I specifically said to cancel and only charge my credit card. So then, I had to make another return for the duplicate order. To date, I still have not received all my return money from that duplicate order (only $56 or so out of $500+), as they claim they did not receive it, even though tracking confirm it was shipped and delivered - they said I should have shipped all items in different boxes and not one box, even though the sales girl said I could. They have ignored my last few messages so I will be going through my bank to get my money back. They honestly should have refunded me right then and there when they charged me twice, since it was their error not mine. Worst experience ever, and no compassion that we are in a pandemic. Horrible.

The staff were extremely helpful in helping my daughter pick out the perfect prom dress.We had the lovely assistance of Adam and Ernie in our first visit who were extremely friendly and patient. At my daughters fitting we had the wonderful assistants Shaz and Ernie who even gave us hair, makeup and jewellery tips! My daughter felt like extremely comfortable with all the assistants, absolutely brilliant service
