If I could give DataSphere 0 stars I would. Their customer service is awful to say at the least.They are all very quick to sell you a product, but when it comes to after the purchase you will never be able to get in touch with anyone. I had a few concerns about my account (not generating any leads), and I contacted my account rep multiple times within a two-week period and nothing. It's like she disappeared off the face of the earth. Also, whenever I signed up for the service I did not sign ANYTHING, and when I asked if I could cancel anytime I was told it wouldn't be a problem, and I would be refunded my money if I wasn't happy with the service. Not only did I not get refunded my money, DataSphere then came to me afterwards saying I was "locked into a 12-month agreement". Obviously complete bullsh*t since nothing was in writing. At this point, I will have to get my attorney involved just to get my money back from this scam company. Do NOT buy any marketing or advertising products from this company. I would suggest you go to just about any other company to find what you are looking for.

My initial gut feeling was that I did not want to be in a contract, in case they were not generating us business.I wish I went with that gut feeling. We were stuck and paid them through to the end of the contract. Luckily our business has been growing, unfortunately not because of DataSphere whatsoever.
We were locked in for a year with this company paying around $200 - $300 per month for their "services." I was able to complain and get the sentence reduced to 8 months and through the entire time we did NOT receive a single lead due to their "marketing." For every small business owner out there, you know as well as I know, in the beginning you rely on every bit of capital you have to help your business live and grow. This company was a complete leech, they thrive by locking small business down into contract and forcefully making them pay for absolutely nothing.
Learn from my mistakes and avoid this company at all costs. My take away from all this is I refuse to do business with any company attempting to have me sign a contract longer than 3 months.

Datasphere lies and takes money away from people asking for help to have their business grow.They charge 40% to cancel the contract i am one of the many customers that regret dealing with them. I am speaking to my lawyer and gathering all my information to take these people of the market. How can they live with them selfs stealing from innocent people. I really hope we can all get together and take this ugly, dishonest company down for good.

Positive reviews MUST BE FAKE and I would leave ZERO stars if I could. This company is a massive scam and I can't imagine that they have a happy client who knows about data-driven marketing out there.The previous marketing team in my current company hired them 3 years ago without looking at online reviews and I am having to clean house.
First, if you don't cancel your contract they will continue charging you. Make sure you read the contract and that you cancel promptly as they are not like most vendors who always follow up about renewing--they are happy to continue taking your money with little to no results.
Second, we've been charged for the last 3 years and all the customer service team was able to produce was a screenshot of the last 30 days of analytics. It felt more like a "just send her something" than a "how can we solve her issue" kind of slap in the face. They definitively don't care about your business, all they care about is collecting paychecks.
Third, I cannot find any sort of trace of traffic coming from them or any vendor I don't recognize in my company's Google Analytics. So either the screenshot they sent me is fake or their analytics software straight up sucks. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one and assume what they sent me is real, and yet, I can't trace any traffic back to us from them.
In conclusion: don't waste your money on them. You're better off throwing it away.
