I've placed an order on may 14th, I've made sure to only buy available and new products. After placing an order,I've received a mail that 1 of 3 ordered items is to arrive soon (1-2) work days, which it did. Responding to my emails took a couple of hours. Items arrived on may 24th, packaging wasn't great, but it was handled well and nothing was damaged or bruised. HOWEVER... All items except one had factory stickers on boxes. So I'm not sure whether it's used/refurbished or what.

Absolutely horrendous customer support. I ordered an MSI Motherboard from this company,which worked well until it didn't. Once I started having issues with the board I sent them an Email which they answered pretty quickly, asking me a couple questions. All other emails past this point were simply ignored. Once I got tired of sending emails I called their support line where I was very rudely told to send the board back. I sent the board back around the 20 March 2021, after having told them that due to the pandemic and online schooling I would have to buy a new one to replace the one I was sending to them, asking for a refund. While I wasn't told outright I would get a refund I was given the impression that's what I would be getting. After OVER A MONTH they send me back a package that looks like it has been used as a football. I emailed them about it, again, ignored. Once I got around to calling them they once again told me to email a different support line, while being very condescending and rude. I still haven't gotten my money back, probably lost a good 2 years of my life thanks to the stress of this process, and will never buy another product from the terrible company again. Please, for the love of all that is good, stay AWAY.

these people hacked my paypal account stole away arround euro 1100, and closed by paypal account also,i never knew about this site until today when this happened to me,
they are frauds , i have raised the compalaint at paypal, waiting for their reponse,

this is the worst European store I have ever met!they send you defective goods and never reply to your return request. customer service does not exist in this store! you will have to have an infinity loop to request a return because their return page is not even translated to the English language. and once you will obtain the RMA number they still never reply to any of your emails!
they accept phone calls only over a paid line and they always tell you to wait 2 days because they have backlogs! when you call back after 2 days they still say the same.
if you have long backlogs you have to hire new representatives to answer your customers!
if you won't reply to my request ill go with a chargeback with my bank!

I knew that they had issues for years from my friends, but the only order I made a few years ago turned out to be fine.Yesterday however I ordered an HDD and just in case asked them whether it was OEM or Retail. I also asked them to cancel my order if it was OEM. They said that "it could be OEM, but they will repair it if there are issues", which is a bizarre answer by itself, then they simply cancelled my order. I asked them 3 more times via email and phone whether they got non OEM drives, but they simply didn't answer, literally ignored the question.
They also sent me a confusing email in German saying something about "cancelling the order and making a store credit", while their operator told me that "I should've gotten refund instantly on my card and should contact my bank If I didn't" which only confused me more, then they also told me that it should take several days for a refund, but also stated that it wasn't a refund since money were still on HOLD. Bank just told me that they didn't get anything from them at all so far and money are still on HOLD.
They ignored all other questions via email or their site :/
tl:dr
Better to avoid. Very shady, very confusing, and despite being a 22 year old store - they still haven't translated their site completely, didn't fix a lot of issues and don't have a proper support.
Aaaand I am changing it to 1 star. They told me that they cancelled the hold on my credit card, but instead, they confirmed the payment and sent the money back. I lost 100$ on currency conversion and fees. Absolutely disgusting horrible mess of a store.

Was sold a faulty product, and following the advice of the manufacturer, which clearly stated computeruniverse should exchange it with a new working product,I sent it to be exchanged. But for some reason computeruniverse decided to send it for repairs to the manufacturer! I have now been waiting for over 10 weeks for it to be "repaired" when it should have been a quick and simple product exchange. Long story short: I ended up with no product, no money and I'm now waiting endlessly to either get a refund or for the product to be returned from the manufacturer (who knows when...........)

I orderd like stupid from their site because they have good prices and fast delivery is written there!!!But the DHL delivery is a lie! When you order is written 1-2 days delivery but in real can take 1 month or even more…why? Because they send it with post not DHL!!! For people who don’t know, yes German post was bought few years ago by DHL…but it’s still operate as normal parcel, is still slowly like all Post in other countries! I called them today and spoke with them and they lie in my face that 1-2 days is the shipping date how fast they will leave the store, but the mail from them say otherwise….never again use their ? services plus that after I bought the item, few hours later price go down 10 euros lool….

Stay away from this website. Decent prices, but stock is a lie. 2-4 day shipping actually took 2-4 weeks.Horrible customer service, no responding to emails, and blaming DHL for package not arriving after being a month overdue.
