Like many others I had my account locked for 'suspicious activity'
Now I am going to hold my hands up here.This is entirely my own fault.
I, like many others use a vpn on my phone and laptop. I also log into my clickworkers account on both. Occasionally at the same time if I see a job that specifies use a laptop or a mobile and I am on the other device at the time.
This leaves a weird trail of device logins on my account. And quite justifiably this was picked up as suspicious as I appeared to log in from multiple locations at once and multiple locations through the week as my vpn reconnected to random servers.
I emailed support and got an almost instant reply asking for a few proofs which I sent. I made sure they were obviously real by taking photographs holding them, finger across info/ references I didn't want to share etc. Scans can easily be doctored by someone, photos not so much.
Clickworkers replied the same evening. Very politely and with apologies for putting me through the process.
My account is now unlocked and I have excluded their app from my VPN to avoid this issue again.
All in all, great response from them, with apologies for the trouble. Clearly, if you are following the rules and are understanding of the situation and respond to their requests (which seem reasonable enough tbh), then you really shouldn't have any problems here.
Small note: if you send proofs and the photo files are too large the email will bounce! They appear to have a file size limit on incoming emails! I noticed fortunately and had to resubmit the email!

mailed so many times and they asked me to send the proof of kyc and other
details.I have sent all proofs and the payment is not yet received. After that no replies from clickworker. I have
waiting 4 months for my payments. Poor customer care support. I don't know whether I continue to work or not. I really want to know whether my payment will resume or not.
