Avoid at all costs!!

I bought a present online on January 11th and until today (March 18th) I have not received the order.They charged my card straight away, but have failed to send me any update on my order. I have contacted Customer Service several times (by email, web forms and phone), but haven't heard back a single thing. It's completely unacceptable for a brand like CH to offer this kind of customer service.

Not a proper way to handle problems

I placed an order for a Christmas present for my wife. It was a necklace with a very thin chain.Unfortunately, when we opened it, the chain was so much twisted we did not manage to solve it. It was broken. I wrote Carolina Herrera Customer Service. Some days later they asked me to send photos. I did. Several days passed again and I was contacted telling me I would get a refund once they receive the necklace. They attached a label of UPS courier. So far, so good, except for the delays in the reply. My surprise was that when I called UPS I was told I have to pay part of the costs to return the product. It is not fair. I am not exchanging this because I do not like it. I replace it because the product arrived broken. Why do I have to pay courier costs? I sent an email again 3 days ago. No reply. It is already 2 weeks to return a product. Really? Then people wonder why Amazon is so popular. Oh well. They really handle these situations on a proper way. I am upset.

Frustrating poor experience

Placed order for perfume so that the item would be gift wrapped as it was a gift. Website crashed and stated payment had not been made and to give card details again.When the confirmation came through the order had been duplicated.Rang their customer service immediately but they couldn't find my order despite being on the phone for ages and was eventually advised to e mail them which I did straight away. Despite me alerting them to this error they continued to ship and charge for 2 items the following day. Parcel did not turn up on day advised despite waiting in all day, so had to wait in all day again day after, as their delivery company does not give specific delivery times. When parcel finally arrived two bottles of perfume thrown into a large box. Cant give one bottle as present in ridiculous sized box. Now not answering e mails.
