Absolutely terrible to deal with. Waiting 2 weeks on my order and the tracking number the provided me with is incomplete so UPS can't help either,I have send 4 emails, a Facebook message and tried calling Bugaboo and still haven't had any sort of help or reply. Absolutely stay away. I will probably be weeks waiting on this to be sorted and honestly will be getting a refund and will ensure to advise anyone who asks to NEVER order anything from bugaboo.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalled, waiting over 2 weeks for a reply, as the tracking number provided is incorrect.Courier service cant help obviously due to GDPR. At this stage just want my money back. Worst customer service ever.

Diabolical customer service if you must buy one of their products DO NOT buy direct buy from a stockist & let them have the headache if there’s a problem ..In brief they sent the pushchair without the wheels as wheels where out of stock & not expecting them to be in stock for 4 months !!!!! However charged my card with the full amount
Please tell me Bugaboo would you buy a car without wheels ??????

I wish I could give this company no stars. Bought a faulty bugaboo stroller from buggy baby.co.uk.I tried to address my claim they were unhelpful and sided with Buggybaby.co.uk. Worst experience of my life. During my communications with them via buggybaby.co.uk, my baby could not use the buggy for 6 weeks. There has been no compensation or compassion. They refused to give me a refund but offered to send parts replacement as if I am able to repair a faulty buggy. I am dissatisfied. I will never use this company again

I had issues with the front wheels on my Bugaboo Fox and one of them completely gave way recently.However, 5 stars for the customer service team and in particular Karina. She was super helpful and efficient. I am currently 'stuck' abroad and Karina arranged for the wheels to be sent to me. My stroller is now functioning like new. So impressed with the after sales service and happy I paid up for this product.

Unfortunately my review is the same as many others . I placed an order on 12 Feb 2021.It’s now 22nd March and no sign . I have sent numerous emails /phone calls to be told it’s being processed/on its way but I’m starting to wonder if it will ever turn up . I’m just glad I paid through PayPal as their products are so expensive and at least I can hopefully get my money back . Not worth the stress atall

Bought our Bugaboo and we love it, only downside is the price of the accessories and the black fabrics fade.It has however been great through snow, ice and on the beach.

I love my Bugaboo products and thought I would order a seat fabric from Bugaboo direct.Ordered 17th February and nothing since,.not even despatch email. Phoned so called customer service to find out where it was and advised possible issues with stock, they would contact me to advise when they checked. Needless to say no contact so phoned again to be told original agent would look into it. Asked for cancellation and refund and they couldn't tell me when that would even get done. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal as some chance of getting money back.
If you desperately want a Bugaboo don't buy from them direct!
