Getting my money back wasn't so easy as it was strenuous and tiring. Initially, they started asking for unnecessary paperworks and documents as part of their ploy to delay.Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. I made a withdrawal request since December 21, 2020 with Transaction ID 15380 and till now no payment.I sent two mails notifying them of my withdrawal request that was pending since that time, yet they did not acknowledge my mails neither any response from them. They asked people to create a fresh withdrawal request but still they refused to refund our money back to the wallet for the new withdrawal request. How is the new withdrawal possible without the corresponding fund? Pls whoever know how to get them act on this should please help. Thanksread more
