I placed an order on 2/4/21, till now, I received nothing. Customer service refused to do anything about it,not even checking with the delivery company. Do not buy from Belk unless you want to find troubles!

Belk stores (in my area) seem to be taking over other closed department stores in their former locations.Well at least the stores are not empty. We see so many retailers go out of the retail business and close stores which makes it hard for all the smaller stores. Belk seems to do a good job filling that void and staying open during these tough times.

I visited a Belk's Department Store in Carrollton, Georgia this past weekend and was concerned with the treatment of a guest; who is purchasing items.I was told to go to the Woman's Dept. when I was in next in line, so I asked the lady behind the counter about 6 pm at the cosmetics counter why do I have to get out of line and go to another area. She just walked off very disrespectful.

When asked WHY do they continue to keep their fitting rooms closed, I got this response; "We are sorry for the inconvenience.Our dressing rooms are not open at the moment. Our goal is to provide the best shopping experience possible while keeping our customers and associates safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We're closely following the evolving CDC, state and local guidelines, and continuously adjusting our operations accordingly." My response to them was this; "This is the most lame response and excuse someone can give. I'm not sure what guidelines you're following, but the rest of this county and state are following the guidelines set by this state! All other departments stores excluding yours and Walmart have their fitting rooms open, and they are not going against any CDC guidelines or laws. And they are also 'protecting' and keeping their employees safe. This is just pure laziness and you really should be ashamed of yourselves for your actions, especially at the prices you charge in your stores. The person greeting customers at the door needs to have paper towels and spray disinfectant, and put them to work cleaning the fitting rooms, just like the rest of the department stores are doing. Macy's fitting rooms are open. JCPENNEYs fitting rooms are open. Nordstroms fitting rooms are open. Neiman Marcus fitting rooms are open. Dillards fitting rooms are open. Bealls fitting rooms are open. But Belks, they remain closed because they think they are following some other CDC guidelines that others aren't. Do you think all these other departments stores are going against state regulations? Come on! Take your head out of the sand and stop making excuses. Join the rest of the world and keep up with the times. No wonder why your store is empty, people are taking their business elsewhere, where they can try clothing on before they purchase them! I know that I won't be spending my money there anymore, and I will make sure I'll pass this response from you to everyone I know, including every social media outlet out there including youtube. I remain... All these companies that use the COVID-19 as an excuse for laziness should close their doors for good!"

Corbin KY. The men’s department is lacking tremendously at this site. Came in on 3/11/2021 and notonly were the clothing choices lacking—the department looked like a cheaper version of an outlet shop. I suppose I will need to get my duds from Dillard’s in Lexington from now on.

We had some fraud charges in the past and had been issued new cards that we had not yet activated. Judy helped us with that unfortunate issue. I bought two sets of pj’s for my grandson. One set was defective, the print badly smeared.The other set was undamaged but too small. So I returned both sets in the same shipping box. I spent $54 on the pj’s, shipping, and return postage, but was only refunded less than $39
