On 28/7/2020 I placed orders from 3 venders online. Two arrived on time, but the third was supposed to be delivered on 6/8/202O; it has not been delivered as of 9/10/2020.A month ago, I called customer service. They said I should hear from the vendor in 72 hours. No response. I sent 5 emails complaining about delivery. I finally sent an email to cancel the order and get reimbursed. Still no answer. So, I have no choice but to write a horrible review.read more

Rotten Meat and awful Service

Problem:Rotten Meat
At first I bought 600gm of meat that I discovered that was rotten when I arrived home, even though the expiration date on the package said it's 2 days from the day of purchase (20/04) .
I went back to the store to talk with the manager, and I was told that the manager is not there, and when some of the store's employees saw the meat rotted in my hands, he told me I'm sorry we can replace it for you, I told him I don't want to just replace it but I want you to get rid of all the similar products that someone could be buying it right now, and he told me to wait for a second, I waited and then someone behind me started talking to me telling me what's the problem, the meat is perfectly fine, I told him no it's not, and then I found out that he is the manager that they told me was not there, and I told him again that the meat was rotten while he was smelling it and ignoring the fact that the meat's color turned black. I told him your job shouldn't put customers health in danger. And he kept repeating that nothing is wrong with the meat, then I told him if you say so, then I will take some pictures for the meat with your brand and date, that's when he turned violent and tried to take away the meat from me and grabbing it from my hand, but I was able to take the pictures in any case and then I asked him to replace the product for me with another he wanted me to buy and not refund me my money as he said I touched the meat with my hand, after more discussion he agreed on replacing my meat and made me pay the difference for the other product that in which when I went home I found that it's rotted as well and was expired today. I wasn't able to go back again as the store closed on Saturday at 9 PM.
I was really mad when I found the rotten meat after arriving home and I went running back to the store with anger but on my way I decided to give the store a chance to make it right without fighting and I was expecting that they appreciate that and they try to solve the problem, however what I found was totally the opposite, was illegal and inappropriate and far away from any customer satisfaction values that your company has.read more

Terrible supermarket. Visited a large Auchan in Gdansk, Poland. Ignored my heavily pregnant partner to serve someone else,despite us already waiting for 5 minutes (at the deli counter)... Then when asked why we weren't served despite being there first an incredible unprofessional worker lashed out. Accusing my partner of feeling superior because she's pregnant. wow. just wow. She wouldn't give us her name (despite wearing an ID tag which she hid from us). The complaint procedure was even more ridiculous. after speaking to the manger we were given a blank sheet of A4 paper. that was it. Is this a real business? Nonetheless we recieved a reply from the "director" within 24hrs just to be told we were in the wrong for not being in the right queue (what queue? there were no signs whatsoever. Apparently people stand in an and this is a literally quote from their manager "people usually just stand over there". I now have photographic evidence showing there are no signs. I will be escalating this as much as possible to expose this awful supermarket
Completely unsatisfied and now boycotting this chain. Nothing but bad experiences here. My partner was left shaking, embarrassed and almost in tears. Thanks for the "professionalism" Auchan.read more

The worst customer service at the store. Rude people specially at Zołny store. The worst of the worst customer service.I’ve never faced it before in my entire life. I will never forgive them. I will never visit the store again and I will never suggest anyone to go there.read more
