Awful company, product, and customer service!

I paid for Apowersofts watermark remover, and the product would not work. After emailing them for helpthey suggested some nonsense solution about adding a black jpeg file to the program's root folder, which obviously didn't work. From then on they started to ignore all of my emails, including my multiple requests for a refund, which I am entitled to according to their website.
To sum up; This product is a scam, and the people behind it are trash, don't bother wasting your money.

I wanted to use Apowersoft Free Online Video Downloader today and only found that the system is under maintenance so I have to download and install the desktop version.This is one thing. Another is that the comments of Apowersoft software on Quora are not very good, so I don't decide to purchase it.
What can be the best alternative to Apowersoft free online video downloader if it is not available?
I must say AmoyShare Free Video Finder is the safest one I have ever used. It is a top-rated online video downloader for downloading any videos from the web for free. There are no ads or viruses when using it.

I was using the free APowersoft screen recorder for my lectures. Then I decided to buy the 1-year premium program.What a mistake! They took my money, but never sent me the activation code. I tried to reach out on numerous occasions, but I only got an automated response from a third-party host telling me to wait a few days... I was really shocked to discover that APowersoft was a total scam. Please be careful@

I purchased the year subscription. I t worked once, a few days later I tried to use it and it says I do not have the subscirption.I tried contacting them and have received no response. The trial version worked great and the one day I used it after buying the subscription as a good product but now it tells me I have to upgrade by purchasing the year subscription which I have already done. *Update* well I guess they read this.. I was contacted and they fixed my issues.. program works quite well so far.. Havent had any issues with it since. It is easy to use.

Life time license not for life.

I would give their product a four but their support sucks. Apowersoft life time license is not for life.I purchased Apowersoft Streaming Audio Recorder and Streaming Video Recorder in May 2014. In Nov. 2016 the audio stopped working. I submitted a ticket on their support page and Zoe emailed me a link and told me to uninstall and reinstall with the link. It worked until Micro Soft updated my computer then it stopped working. I submitted another ticket and Zoe said to uninstall and reinstall. I have been doing that every time my computer gets an update until now. Now, when I try to reinstall it I get a banner telling me I have to purchase VIP edition. After calling them many times someone finally answered the phone. The next day I got an email from Una saying they could not find my records but if I would submit screenshots of my purchase order they would sent me a new license. This I did, including a shot of the 2016 reset. So far they have done nothing except make it impossible for me to contact them again.

Product doesn't work and support is TERRIBLE

I bought this for a MacBook and was going to get screen captures for my Android tablet. It DOES NOT WORK.The app opens in landscape and the image from the Adroid in Portrait shrinking it so that the image is not usable. I opened a ticket about 18 months ago and they still haven't fixed it. Asked customer service for an update and they said they will have to make a decision as to whether to fix it or not sometime in the future. They had already agreed to fix it and are now stepping back on that promise. Worst customer service I have ever seen in any capacity.

Third time I've tried to renew a product, third time it's happened. There's a complicated formula to enter your passcode.Their emails on how to do it confuse you even more. A week of my sending emails they never understood: they kept sending me the same thing over and over. When I screamed CANCEL, REFUND for the 10th time they suddenly realized they were sending me codes for the wrong product. Good software, but unless you've got plenty of time and patience, don't even try.
