Complete and utter scam. They expect you to notice that you havent been compensated within three months of your referral.After that they will not pay the money owed. Even though the fact they didn't pay you is their fault! I contacted them after 3 months and 16 days...

I have never had a worse experience from any company as I have with Aklamio. I was mislead right from the beginning regarding payout timeframe (was told up to 4 weeks).8 months later and I have not received a penny. And have wasted endless hours of time chasing this up. I would not have gone ahead with the initial purchase had I known this company would give us this much of a headache and waste endless hours of our time (which in itself is worth more than the reward). Stick to other more professional companies!!

I referred a friend last December and we are both still waiting for the reward, I have tried loggingback into Aklamio but won't accept the login or password I asked for a new password to be sent but my email address wasn't recognised where can you go from there worst set up ever

Tried a C&A cashback program to see if they’re legit...

...and after over 6 weeks of absolutely nothing happening I can say that they’re not. The experiment has failed,not much harm done in my case, but I’d like to share my results so others don’t have to try. While the cashback part doesn’t work, the website is okay. It’s incredibly hard to get to a login option, but once you do it’s not badly structured. Not very intuitive, but not bad either. I’d give the cashback 1 Star, and the website 3

Wish I could give 0 star rating. Absolutely terrible company. Offered the reward for referring husband over to then receive a rejection notification despite meeting all the criteria.I have now been trying to get my reward for 6 months and am still no further forward. All account details and bills have been sent as evidence as well. EDIT - 12/04/2021 - It's funny how when I post a review on here I seem to always receive a response and yet I have sent emails since early Friday to your support address and not received any response at all. Please stop making it seem like you provide good or even adequate customer service to the people who look at these pages and try to respond to people who email you directly. However since this does seem to be the only way to get your attention, how do I make a formal complaint?

NEVER NEVER TRUST IT. Just 2 of 10 can receive any rewards, and also this is a very long process.About 4-7 weeks to confirm or reject. Usually after some weeks you will receive email like my: "After checking your support request with our partner Three.co.uk, we have been informed that the reason your referral reward was rejected is that the last Cookie involved in the purchase was directed to a different website than Aklamio. Visiting other cashback pages can cause this situation, in which the cookie coming from Aklamio is replaced with the one coming from another website. If the last Cookie associated with the order is not associated with Aklamio, our partner will not confirm the reward to us." ! star is big for our time. Just don't use and post your feedback and review for others to know.
