Bot traffic

I joined the network as an advertiser. After few days of reviewing my website and everything i deposited the money and waited more to approve the ads.I am using HotJar screen recorders, so i carefully watch and analyze every visit from a new traffic source. Their traffic was 100% BOT, all visits had like mouse arrow movements in circles or triangles just to trick user activity. So after 20,30 clicks didn't want to spend my budget I've placed a refund request on Paypal, but they don't want to do it on full amount. After few days i contacted them to refund the remaining budget and now i am still waiting over a week. They only have to do one click refund but they don't want to. I sent them the screen recordings to check that i am not lying or something and All they have to say is that traffic is legit and real and they are bot protected. Horrible.

Stay away from them. I don't know what system they use to verify the clicks, but damn as hell it sucks. After working more than 8 months with them,this month they considered my traffic as bot, freezing up to $400 from my account. And you know what the best part is? They said that their decision was final, without the right for me to at least ask or appeal. Meanwhile, my personal account manager doesn't have the time to reply to me on telegram, but has all the time in the world to change her profile pictures. I was ready to add their adnetwork on my viral site, so the other webmasters can avoid this, but u know, they aren't worth the time. Just two words again: Stay Away!
