Beware...Do not use! I signed a contract with Des bras en plus for a Sunday move, but yet the movers didn't arrive until Monday.I contacted the emergency number for Des bras en plus, and the help desk on Sunday told me to wait. They would eventually show up. They did 24 hours later. They canceled, amended my contract agreement without my knowledge or consent. The movers were 3rd party moving company. The entire day was a nightmare! I documented the whole day with photos and videos recording as I was just shocked. I contacted customer service, and no one has yet to get back to me. Hmmm...a contract for a specific date is valid and void once the movers show up on whatever time they desire. My advisor from Des bras en plus never mentioned any issues with my move on Sunday. SO...where did everything go wrong??? No one can answer that one simple question.read more
